skip all the time it takes to eat. eat the veggies raw, much better nutrition anyway. he needs time for his RU-vid channel. humans have been eating for millions of years. eat your veggies raw, no need for time wasting. you can see he trains hollywood. what the f do they know about nutrition?
What the hello? The first snack is not under 2 minutes to make, chopping all those veggies takes time. Of course for him is under two minutes everything is already prepared! Eggs need more than 2 minutes to boil. Overnight oats. .is in the title.
They’re only 2 mins if your personal chef has prepped everything for you beforehand. Also where is the calorie and macro breakdown? Also the bean salad with olive oil will be gross in the fridge for days. Sorry this isn’t quality content. Unrealistic and incomplete.
@@laurenbi you are trying to say people have orthorexia for advising against adding a bunch of sugar in a video about healthy snacks? jesus fucking christ
So glad I found your RU-vid Channel, You’re such a positive and humble guy who is getting all of us in the best shape of our life! Thank you so much for that, already excited for your next upload!:) Have a great week Magnus!
since I found your videos a few months back I've been following you daily and now I hear your voice in my head every time I'm going grocery shopping or simply making a meal..."what would Magnus do" lol .. You really inspired me so much to change my eating habits and lifestyle. Tusind tak from a Danish sister :)
Awesome snacks!! I like to cut veggies like okra and carrots and marinate with spices with oil and air fry them. Store them in air tight containers. My picky kid loves some Veggie chips.
Loving the videos, this is especially helpful as snacking (mindless eating) is my weakness! I’ve recommended your channel to so many people. Your videos are very motivating and it’s clear you have a beautiful soul and family. My son is only 3 but when my husband and I work out he likes to mimic us. I’m happy that I am helping instill some positive lifestyle choices in him at a young age.
Wow these truly are great snacks, I’m amazed by all the nutritional tips you give in every single one of them. Wasa Crispbread are like a holy grail not many people is familiar with. My personal favorite snack is very similar to the one you used salmon in, but instead I use some good quality canned Pink salmon mixed with a tablespoon of Tzatziki, thin cut celery and capers on top of one of those, sprinkle a little pepper and it’s very good.
You see a Magnus video you click immediately. Always informative. I’ve started to see result following his eating pattern. The Best advices always. Love from Aruba 🇦🇼
Your spelling seems Danish, it's Knäckebröd in Swedish :) and in the UK it's generally called crisp bread or is referred to as Ryvita...even though that is a brand of not very nice crisp bread!
@@leannabuckland8881 Yep I am danish, so it's knækbrød to me :) Just never knew you could get it outside scandinavia. I love it. I will remind myself to stay away from ryvita haha
For a big snacker like me, never liked this video so fast. These snack options are bomb. Nothing like a quick, healthy, filling snack! Wow! Thank you! Can’t wait to try these! Ps: your videos are always on point and I always get excited whenever I see my notification from your channel. More power to you!
Hi Magnus! I have a tricky question: what are some slow burn carb foods that do not involve nuts, seeds, whole wheat, whole grains, or fruit pulp/fibers? Thank you!
I can’t believe I haven’t found this channel… I guess this is the result of a platform that promotes “watch me get denied by this girl at the gym” videos instead of actual conversation and information.
Thank you Magnus. I'm starting to eat 5 meals a day and then I'm full so that I cannot consume any more unhealthy snacks. I don't feel bloated even though I eat all day. It's pretty awesome! I've downloaded your app and start following your training sessions and nutrition advice. I highly recommend everyone else who's reading my comment to do so :-)
@@TheEmerse lol I'm glad you asked. Very hard to maintain having 5 meals per day as my life got a lot busier. I’m doing 3 meals per day but still super high protein, high volume foods so I feel full and am still in calories deficit :-)
I started filling you on Thursday. I have following you advice. I have lost a pound in just a few days. Once I start working out I’m sure the fat will just melt. Thanks you!
Tusen tack Magnus & greetings from Finland! I have a suggestion, which I believe would benefit many, including me. When you talk about about good fibers or good fats etc., could you kindly elaborate on the the spot what kind of food you mean. For example, rye bread is good source of fiber etc. Many thanks! 🤗
It's magical that the veggies feel so honored that they cut themselves up to make this divine salad in just 2 minutes. Otherwise they throw tantrums & cutting them for other dishes usually takes 30 mins.
Your videos are always so well written and made , they're very satisfaying to watch and I learn a lot ! Thank you for the time and energy you put in your work for us 👏🙏 personaly, I've started the Alicia Vikander's diet 2 weeks ago and I am very happy with it and the results ( I'm 18 ), but if I may, I'd really like to see a video from you showing à whole day of eating/WORKOUT about her transformation with timings 😉😊 Thanks again
Can't do this in India..........can you tell some for us by studying our eating material or what we can do for the same???????..................Please............
So awesome to see many plant-based snacks there! I would be highly interested in your opinion on eating/training for performance & looks VS health & longevity :)
I knew a little bit about losing weight and losing fat. However i was eating the same meals everyday. Finn Crisp are amazing, thank you for helping me switch it up
Am I the only one who found this video hella funny? :DDD Like who tf you think i am? A fucking dwarf? Like they are healthy obviously but you think you are going to last on these snacks long term? :DD Just tooooo small servings bro
Sometimes a tiny bit of a condiment or peanut butter type Ingredient for flavour makes something you normally would not want to eat like a tuna salad (light mayo) or Greek yogurt (peanut butter or honey) Whatever helps with consistency
Hahahaha....I love these videos but the real problem for me is. We live in the Philippines and not one thing in this video can be bought in our stores...LOL. maybe an apple or a Greek yogurt but that's about it.
Glad you recommend Finn Crisps. I love them and was always wondering if they're really as healthy as I was hoping them to be. Sometimes I just love some Finn Crisps with low-fat cheese and some slices of cucumber.
When he talked about whey protein being more bio-available than vegan protein, I trusted him more with his nutrition tips! Glad to have you on RU-vid, Magnus!
Hey, man. I'm playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla, and I hope they paid you, cause the main male character, Eivor, looks exactly like you. :) handsome vikings Great videos, always a fun and entertaining watch :) keep it up, brother!
In all your diets I've seen you present there's a lot of fish. Do you have any tips on diets without fish for people like me who don't eat fish at all but isn't a vegan either? Because 1. fish tastes disgusting, I mean I heave if I try, 2. I burp fish-taste for the rest of the day and again, the taste is awful and 3. I get an upset stomach and have to run to the toilet a lot for the rest of the day... So learning to eat fish just isn't an option for me. I have tried and failed. And I'm sure there are others like me out there too.
Most people throw them away, but celery leaves are delicious added to salads, including tuna salad. They taste even better than the stalks and if you don't like the texture of the celery stalks, try the leaves.
