Love the energy and enjoy the content, but I think that’s too many angles and too much movements is a bit confusing. Keep up the good work!

can you briefly explain benefits of maintaining inner curvature of lumbar region of spine? You mentioned something about "tapping into posterior chain." I'm not sure what that means

Great video coach I have revamped my ground strokes over the last 12 months using your checkpoints and turbocharged my level from good to high level. Biggest insight for me from this video is that the racquet face not breaking the net plane when windshield wiper movement done as wrist position maintained. Need to go practice that as sometimes I snap the wrist and lose the connection on my shots.

Great video, but I'm still a bit confused... I think adding 3 more angles and cutting in and out, so you're never actually looking into the main camera would have helped massively. Perhaps next time. Thank you for the great contents. I like! 🙏.

I like your voice and videos man they are really helpful.. It's not like the steps the holding the racket you give critical tips how to hold a racquet how to step in how to get in position etc in perfect way those tips come only from experienced coaches and they don't tell everybody

Yeah, this is for an intermediate level player who wants to advance to the next levels. It will take some time to learn for most people, I think.

@@sunglee3935but the relaxed wrist, gets you more racket speed, spin and power. A tight wrist will injure your arm eventually.
