I have been doing these exercises as part of the HayHouse Healing Course for over 2 months now and I have seen a remarkable difference in myself and in fact others have also noticed and told me that they have noticed a shift in my energy for the better. What really amazed me the most was that I contracted the dengue virus last Monday, which is quite rampant here in Pakistan these days. It is contracted through a mosquito bite and it leads you to have high fever and your platelet count falling drastically accompanied with nausea, headaches, weakness and severe body aches. I did go through all of the nasty symptoms but the doctor was quite surprised that my symptoms were not as bad as the rest of the people and in fact my recovery was faster. Today is the 7th day and while I do feel weakness and lethargy yet I feel that I am doing much better and I am pretty sure that doing the daily energy routine had a significant role to play in my immune system being strong and speedy recovery. Even with high fever daily, I used to push myself to get out of the bed and do it in the morning and then once in the evening. Furthermore, as an empath, the zip up and the celtic weave has immensely helped me as an individual who could easily absorb energies of others and get bogged down very easily during the day. I am so grateful to Donna, David and the whole team. You all are a blessing to mankind and Donna you are officially my fairy godmother. I love you to bits. This is just like the one that I do every morning. The one I do is Day 1 of the 28 day daily energy routine challenge. I feel so much better when I do it, and if I have any pain the pain is gone after doing this.

Hello Svenja, First of all, Congrats!💐 In general, the DER & exercises are fine, & even beneficial during pregnancy. The only things that are not, is deep pressure on the “Forbidden Points”, which are points that can stimulate labor. Main ones to avoid are Large Intestine 4 & Spleen 6, but there are a few more listed in the EM for Women book & in class 6 handouts. (Even with these, they are called “forbidden” points because it is forbidden to insert a needle in them in this circumstance. And, we don’t use those.) So, even though say K-1 is one of these points, you can gently hold those points for sedating Kidney, that is ok. But I would not do deep pressure on them, *& would not do this. @@theedenmethod I was watching true crime show and unfortunately, one of the murder victims was practicing self healing instead of taking medication at that time, forgot to name of the practice. I you tube about it and your video came up and I’ve been watching some for a few weeks. I did the stretch where you reach up to the sky Egyptian style 😆 yeah I always feel a burst of energy released and my eyes felt like I drank coffee 👀. I appreciate the help.

My dearest Donna I have been doing your wonderful energy exercise for 5years now, which have helped me tremendously with some nasty falls (backwards down stairs) and others. I have just had a resent fall 10days ago tripping on a bad pavement fell heavy on my face and left side ….bruises are coming out on face, black and blue…but nothing on my bust, body …I would so appreciate if you could advise what energy Exercises I could do to help myself.❤
Oh Maria, so very sorry to hear about your recent fall. Continue to do the Daily Energy Routine everyday, maybe even twice a day. Lots of Figure 8's all over the bruised areas and all areas affected by the fall. Homolateral Re-patterning would be good as well. I am doing daily exercises following Donna which are helping me to get through my recent fall.putting advise from doctors aside….that it takes about 3-4 months to heal and nothing can be done If bones are cracked in ribcage etc. so in faith doing energy exercises daily helping my body to heal….. bless you and thank you❤
