I'm a 70 year old cancer survivor with a colostomy. I'm always looking for new safe ways to strengthen my core and this workout did the trick . Thanks for sharing. Can I ask what beach you filmed this at ? My wife is dying to know 😂
Thanks, I’m a freshman training for cross country, I have good leg muscles but not much core, but I was able to do all of these and feel the burn! Thanks!
72 and needed a core program to loosen me up...this looks like the ticket. My wife and I enjoy doing the 8-lb dumbbell arm and shoulder exercises. Thanks.
I really like this ab workout. I'm dealing with a torn meniscus and tennis elbow both on the left side of my body. This workout was definitely doable. Thanks for posting these wrist free ab workouts.
Thanks for posting your workout videos. I love the various movement combinations. It keeps my workouts from becoming boring and basic. I try a different video each day.
Im just getting back into working out again and this was my first ab workout in a very long time! I had to take a couple of breaks because of the burn but I really like this. Gonna come back and do it again and again until it becomes easier for me.
This has been an extremely effective core workout for me. This basically took me from beginner abs to intermediate. The first several times I had to take little breaks here and there during, but now I can do the whole thing with no breaks and even some of the modifications that make it more difficult. Thank you Mik!
I just found your channel. Can I just say THANK YOU for making wrist friendly workouts!! I have a chronic wrist injury and I've been getting frustrated at the workout videos I've been finding because I have to skip most of the exercises in them because they are not wrist friendly. I loved this workout and you have a new subscriber😊
This was great! I haven’t been able to do any ab exercises in a long time due to a medical issue, and this was a perfect ‘comeback’ workout. Thanks for taking us to the beach!
Thanks so much for this, I’m following various videos of yours for barre arms, chest lift with weights, and abs every monday, Wednesday and Friday after my run, and I add on your bootie band workout Fridays only (when my legs have longer to recover) realistically is this enough please? I’d love a video explaining how often to do what, when to mix it up when to go up a weight or lift for longer etc to see continued results please. Really appreciate and love all your videos. Thankyou x
Yeah best beginner's ab workout I have done in a while. I think if I continue to do this one I could strengthen my abs they are a bit weak still after 9 months PP
