I alternated the 3lbs to 5lbs back and forth and had a hell of a workout. I pushed through it, and damn, I did it.

Please make more of these barre arms workouts with light dumbbells. They are especially helpful with arm tendonitis and shoulder pain. This one was perfect :)

It doesn't seem like you make Barre Arms workouts anymore, however they are great for arm toning and this one was just wonderful. Would love to see you throw one of these out once in awhile.

Me, start: "oh only 3lb? I like lifting heavy things but I'm not very fit overall, so we'll see how this goes. I may have to go up to the 5lb" 5 mins in: "jfc" 10 mins in: "ooh there's the euphoria this feels REALLY good I remember why I loved lifting in my late teens" 15 mins in: "jfc" *pauses and gets water* ending: That was amazing!!! This was the perfect level for me (at 3lb)! I made it through the whole thing and didn't have to modify (which is rare for me with YT video workouts). I worked really hard but didn't end feeling dead. I know this vid's a year old, but thank you so much for making it!!

sprained my right wrist (my dominant hand) and didn't want to give up lifting completely. I started out with 5lbs thinking it was going to be easy, clearly I was being delusional lol switched to 3lb weights real quick. This was great.

Oh my god it hurts lol. I’ve been doing exercises targeted for higher weight dumbbells and they felt so easy but now I know what a workout is supposed to feel like. I’m going to try doing this twice a week now.

A very nice rest day workout (the weights are a little low imo, but that's something that can always be fixed so I'm not going to complain). Wish you had a timer for the entire workout progress though, leaving the YT overlay on is a pain lol

I really love this series of barre arm workouts. I find them to be more beneficial for me. I like heavier weight when I do lower body however.

So glad I found you. Fan from Australia. Ive been doing 4-5 kilo dumbells for 6 months or more. Doing 3 sets of each exercise etc and adding weights slowly over time. However when I do this video I have to go to MUCH lighter weights. Im wondering why. ? could it be that because Im doing different movements to what I usually do ?. Im quite confused. thanks

can you show us the proper warmup before this specific exercise? i have done a 10-minute warmup but still pulled a muscle in the middle of this workout and i felt faint from the pain.

Hi Mik, I'm a regular training with youtube and I'm very glad I found your trainings, which are different and interesting. I like the way you combine the exercises. I have realised that even with light dumbbells your arms get to work just fine as I can feel the burn. Hope you can always innovate with the workouts without trying to make them too hard.
