This one put me through the paces. 10,000 ft of vinyl fence. I almost didn't do this job, but I'm so glad I did. I wish I filmed more content of this job, but I was barely just getting the job done without filming. Please email or text me if you have questions about cleaning fence. I am starting my journey opening my own property maintenance gig and to see stuff like this really helps. I see a lot of folks in my area trying to do this and I'll look them up on the div of lic with the state and see they started less than a year ago and now they have their trailers for sale on market place. When say its tough its no joke. You have to know what you are doing or you can damage property. You have to be efficient and systematic. Working with SH all day is not easy either. With that said you constantly have to keep an eye on your gear for errors. Then there is marketing, disputes, non pays, taxes LOL. Yeah aint easy. I'll be doing washing of everything including hot water. You will need that for the restaurant gig. Learn about degreasers and hot water its a must. I'll also be running my bobcat doing this and that and I wont shy away from handy work here and there. Its a lot but it wont all be at the same time and I like to bounce around. Good luck with that gold mine buddy!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Starting a business absolutely has ups and downs. I was having a pretty down week. Alot of good calls came into today for jobs and comments like this is just cherry on top for me!
