Some maids reach at a point where they forget what they are supposed to do. For example the maid starts being lazy... like she doesn't do housework on time because she's watching movies on tv....and this is because of the freedom given to them by their bosses

That thing of not answering ....when called is a typical red flag

They will do housework at their own pace if not controlled.....at the end they start disrepecting you too

If we give more facilities then they are behaving like owner and also do some drama of not doing household chores

never stick on her if you have talked to her and she is not improving. let her go as soon as yesterday

Say all those things if you know that you treat your house maid well and pay her good salary not 7000 and below but 7000 and above

I don't know if am a maid or a nanny . I clean for madam ,cook for her,wash her dress wash for husband and her 3 kids . I do assignment with the kids cook and iron dresses . Some times am very upset when there's alot of work and when I get angry I just stay on my lane I don't talk to anyone I only do my work I easy get upset because of stress especially as she doesn't appreciate me she is a little stingy 😂😂. Please advice me I have been with her for 1 and a half year

Its so annoying you people talking about house helpers this way....They are also human beings, mother's, wife's etc...Some of you pay a little salary...why are not talking about when you are the one's treating them bad !
