Such good advice thank you. Over a year ago they wanted to remove my GB. I started using Ox Bile , digestive enzymes, eating bitters ,ACV,lemon water and intermittent fast. And don't eat sugar ,grains and processed foods. I eat fat with ever mean and do low carb. I'm happy to say I still have my GB. ☺️
@@aliyahanderson6188, It's a good question. I did never have them. And I'm sure I have a lazy one, or I had had, before going carnivore. Now I have to check it on ultrasound with the functional breakfast. I still have hopes to dissolve them. Exercise, warm water to make bile flow, ursosan and still a bit less fat, like 100-150 gr. a day. Nonetheless, I thought I safely transitioned from the SAD to Keto then to Carnivore and quasi PKD, got fat adapted, but seems that I failed. Many carnivores gurus never talk about this issue. The emphasis must be on SLOW transition and adaptation.
I love how almost all mainstream “health” websites says to avoid fats and to load up on carbs for your gallbladder when in reality it’s the complete opposite.
Use tudka! If thinking about the others, please research because they are usually extracted by extremely inhumane ways. Putting animals through torturous means. Fasting is also great. Stop eating around 6 to 8pm then skip breakfast and eat around brunch time or lunch would be great, if you can wait. Sleeping while fasting and drinking liquids while awake, hardly realize your fasting.
Word on hydration is Not just H2o but most fruits are fully hydrated with Life giving water especially mineralisation... I used to go into the goldfields to pan dredge for Gold the water came from The Higher mountains it was freezing cold water but the difference between The cold town water And The mountain fresh water was soooo amazing I can't explain But it was full of Life fresh that's the water I miss... That's What we should grow our foods from... And don't believe the government lies About rain water, telling us it's bad but drink government controlled water yeah And good way to keeping us sick.. sick government... it's is still the heavens sent liquids that no one can change in The Bible YHWH Elohiym said I will bless you with Life giving water from above...
I found that very interesting but what if you don't have a gall bladder which I don't? What are the steps to do then where does the bile go? How does that help the liver when there is no gallbladder, Thank you?
If you don't have a gallbladder maybe look into supplenting with ox bile supplement The "Kick it naturally" RU-vid channel has a video on this topic called "How to use Ox bile and TUDCA the right way"
Got Sand on Keto and stones in carnivore:( Wanna try to dissolve or at least to keep the organ as long as I can. Do u think this 7 things could do some job?
I tend to disagree... your gallbladder needs to be activated iso rested, to keep the bile flowing. When you fast, your gallbladder doesn't get a signal to release bile. This might contribute to gallstones or gall sludge.
wished you could have told me this 4 years ago , I had my gall bladder and stone removed. And recent found out , my bile was sluggish . Doctor NEVER told me this . If I knew the answer , like you mentioned, I would have taken it long before I had surgery :( . Do you know anything about GERD or Erosion Esophagus , I had these two and I am trying to get them healed, I have researched this issue , for years.
@@debbiec6216 dr berg on youtube has videos on GERD and solutions. for holistic approach if this started during stressful time (trauma, stress, grief) i recommend having “emotional body code “ sessions, to clear out what isn’t letting you to heal. you might need to go to a functional medicine doctor and do unconventional tests to see what is going on with the body (regular doctor don’t do these tests nor understand the connection that organs effect each other and also what we eat, (functional medicine doctor can be expensive, i suggest asking youtube for recommendations, or going to their site and pick some one around where you live who specializes in what you have. tip: if you have digestive & acid reflux issues, take a break from some food to see how you feel afterwards & 2-3 days later (try first :eggs, chocolate, dairy products , sugary , & oily/fried foods).
@@debbiec6216All of the diet recommendations here will still be of use healing your liver and other organs and decreasing your body’s triggers to release too much stomach acid. Also, avoid sodas and alcohol which can cause increase in acids or, at least, if you have them, take an antacid with or after consumption to prevent excess acid that may move up the esophagus especially during sleep. But it is healthier to control with diet rather than rely on meds.

My liver produce bile normally and my gall bladder fills up normally. I have no gallstones, no inflammation, no sludge but my ejection fraction is 12%! I need help I don’t want surgery 😞
Hey Mr Ryan I've noticed that when I take a bike salt in the morning on an empty stomach when I do finally eat several hours later I feel full faster ?
Makes a lot of sense. I wonder if it all applies if you've had your gallbladder removed, and if intermittent fasting makes a difference to when to boost your bile production to account for periods of not eating.
What I’m getting really tired of, is the intermittent chest pains, sore back, sore shoulder, itchy skin, tingles. I’ve been to the drs and mentioned these things, it’s almost like I’m invisible and then they suggest other things like, “sounds like you need to see the physio” is it a universal thing for drs to not listen to their patients? So annoying! Lose weight, etc etc.. then what doesn’t help, is my bloods coming back fine! Ughh then everything else after that that I say, means nothing. I’ve asked for scan or ultrasound referrals, but they then suggest, doing these things first. When I’ve tried almost everything.
@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies I’m taking Tudca, is that similar to a bile salt? I can’t tell if it’s working yet, it’s been about 9 days since I started taking 750mgs
Without a gallbladder, bile directly drips from the liver into the small intestine through a different duct. Usually a bile supplement is also needed to help boost it, but the body can compensate.
This is what I am feeling right now both the horrible right shoulder pain and abdominal pain all in right side after testing my blood every test was normal accept my Bilirubin was 11 times more higher than normal levels _2.0 mg/dl. And doctor also warned me that I might suffer from Gilbert syndrome if I tempt the liver with taking Supplements in the future 🎉 and now I am feeling little better than before ❤
@@baybaymarino5498 no, But I am feeling better now than previous months. But I take liv 52 herbal medicine before and after having food for the liver protection and this is mostly sold all over India and Nepal.
It is weird that after (or before) the operation doctors would not tell you how to live without the gallbladder. There are a lot of videos on that subject too, yes, we must get information from RU-vid. Because doctors do not give us enough information. This video is for those who still have gallbladder, how to save it.
Grass fed and free range foods have a higher omega 3 fatty acid profile to conventional foods. The higher omega 3 content helps to improve the production of bile, help thin it out and keep it flowing.
