I love coming on RU-vid and going to 80sCommercialVault's channel to watch the commercials! It gives me a glimpse of what I missed out on. I was born in 1989, so a lot of this stuff was before my time.

My mom is still devastated about the loss of the MCD LT. She loved that one side of the styrofoam kept one side hot and the other side cool.

Mike Troncin, You're Funny! And I'm totally serious about that burger. My mom swears it was really good, I think McDonalds was better in general back then,now I can't eat Mc Donald's at all. It's like I've swallowed a rock afterwards.

Commercials work. Why? Because I was 6 during 1985 and things like the Double Mint song seem to have been buried. Hearing it after all these years it's like it's always been there. It's strange!

I looooove Grand Am's! My first one, was a brand new, 1999 Grand Am GT. Ohhhh was she a beauty. All leather/power/moon roof(led to me almost getting choked when my brother thought it would be funny to shut it on me when he was driving down the highway and I wanted to stick out of the top like a moron. (I was 20, so sue me) and it was the 4 door one too with sweet audio system...I leased it. Lots of guys stopped to ask about it at parking lots, and people took pics of it...it was the car like in Lethal weapon 4.
