Finally found someone that appears to have captured the blush correctly! Most other videos they contour with blush alone but it looks flat, this is spot on. Thanks!

@@EphemeralProductions Not to mention the hairstyles. Where are the typical 80's updos, I wonder? Weirdly enough, it seems the 80's are photographically underrepresented on the web, giving young people just too little to work with to arrive at an accurate look.

Having grown up in the 1980s, i can attest to how spot on this is. Many “common women” , for lack of a better term, wore one of several minor variations of this look , from the late 70s to about the mid 80s. After that the neon thing really took over

Gorgeous!!! It looks super great 💗 usually when I look for 80s makeup tutorials I find crazy ugly neonish things... As if those sophisticated, classy and feminine makeup looks like you did here never existed! Even though I'm a 90s girl, I'm really obsessed with this kind of makeup (I'm a failure so I don't do them myself, but I LOVE to see it) and I really love those big feminine movie-star hairstyles which are stunning. I think you should re-do this makeup look with an 80s hairstyle 😍

It’s quite a modern spin on the “Addicted to Love” look. The eyeshadow shading is more mild. The lining on the waterline of the eye and the false eyelashes adds a bit of 70s as well as the standup eyelashes of today. if I was to do this look I would put more black eyeliner on the outside, because that was my favorite part of that look back then. But you have made it very wearable.

Your look nailed it. His was only found in Times Square and on unpopular girls that got teased. Shirts were neon a thing. Very few work neon makeuo.

Awesome! I'll be applying your techniques tonight. As far as the video, the music was WAY too loud. I had to go up and down on the volume for the whole video. Something to think about for the next one.
