This is one problem I have with freestyle wrestling rules, or maybe the interpretation of them. You're supposed to not be able to get more points until it gets back to a defensible position. Is it really defensible if you can score points all day on it? I think the trapped arm should have to be released before more points are awarded. A trapped arm should not be an automatic tech.

Wooow, Bellator signed Pat Downey and UFC will sign Bo nickal. Both will be at the top of their divisions in a couple of years

So what happened behind the scenes with Downey? Not the twitter stuff. On Flo Radio, Pyles said he was dropped for other reasons. Anyone know?
