【Ingredients/amount】
Ground meat---300 g
Onion-------------1

Salt, pepper, and nutmeg---a little per each
Sake------------1 Tbsp
Soy sauce-----1/2 Tbsp
Milk--------------2 Tbsp
Panko-----------20 g
Egg---1

Green shiso-----4
Vegetable oil----2 Tbsp
Salt ----a little
Sake---2 Tbsp
B===============
Glazed carrot----4
Broccoli saute---4
Fried potato------4

Grated radish---desired amount
Ponzu-------------desired amount
【Cooking process】
①Chop up onion (1/2), heat vegetable oil (Tbsp) in a frying pan, sprinkle salt, fry it up until it becomes soft, let it cool down after frying.
②Put ground meat, ①, and A in a bowl and knead them, put in shredded green shiso (2 leaves) and mix them up to make patties.
③Divide ② into 2 pieces, fry up both sides of them with vegetable oil (1 Tbsp) in a frying pan, pour in sake and cover the pan, fry them up for about 10 min.
④Slice onion (1/2) thinly and place them on an iron plate, put ③’s hamburger steak on it, put green shiso and grated radish on the hamburger steak, pour in ponzu, decorate a half of B on the side colorfully (Make the same plate one more)
【Tip】
*Add shredded green shiso in patties to give it Japanese flavor.
