88-98 Chevy K3500 454 spark plugs wires fan clutch and oil change 

I just got myself a 1988 chevy k3500 4x4 as a project just fix the battery problem but i don’t like how it sound right now

I have this truck 89 454 my spark plug doesn't look like these its flat on top with a pin hole on the outer side and it's a bitch. How do I remove it? Do I need a special tool? The guy I bought it from is no longer with us so I can't ask him. He modified alot on this truck can this be a racing plug? It gets so hot it burns the plug wire off. Any ideas?
