Greeks hints at the word “bricks”, so it sounds like “bricks and concrete”. The joke doesn’t work really, but at least now you see what the word “Greeks” was supposed to refer to here.

About the 38. Czech mate. It also sounds like “шах и мат” in Russian and may be in Czech it sounds the same way. So it seems more deep joke, like it has two levels 😊 «шах и мат» means complete victory. And chess is called «шахматы» in Russian. So this name consists of those two words

Here is a current one: "You sit down on your cellphone by chance and might get 5 criminal records at once" (for your accidental comments of the power). But we don't complain as we can't!)
