Im sure you have figured this all out being this comment is 10 months after the post but that was definitely a 2wd truck, gmt400 shifter levers on manual shift trucks were on the very driverside corner of the trans tunnel. And that transfer case must be a 205 the 2 shift rods. One rod is front hi nutral low and one rod is rear hi nuetral low. The factory 205 setup has a bar across them that gives 1 shift lever 2hi 4hi nuetral 4low.
That's great information about where the transfer case shifter would be, if it had been a 4wd truck. We have a NP203 for sure. Which from our reading was an all wheel drive case. However, ours has been converted to a selectable case.
