Oh man i see so many of these poor little guys in Missouri hit by vehicles on the freeway. I must've seen at least 60 of them within a span of 2 hours bloating and deceased on the side of freeways as i drive. I assume they are hit at night and i rarely drive at night. I wish people wouldnt drive at night honestly.

@Will324 could not agree with you more! I avoid driving at night so I don't hit animals too! but it's wombats, echidna , koalas, birds, wallaby's and roos that get hit where I am. We need safe animal crossings under or over roads. We cut their territories up with roads and they can't find water, food or mates without crossing roads. it's unfair. the other idea is a road curfew. only emergency driving at night or trucks. I know no one will like that but something has to be done. we lost 12 koalas since December where I live on the road. and they are 'endangered' here. and by 'at night' I mean between 1am and 5am for example. most animals try to cross when it's quite.

@@mssannysanderson9203 only consolation to ourselves is the hope that they get a better life when they reincarnate. Still, it's not consoling enough to not mourn what happens to them, and, as you've said, the fact that we humans are intruding upon their territory by building all these unnatural roads just so we can transport our lazy a*ses across long stretches of territory without having to walk or some other more normal way, all due to our laziness and desire for comfort and ease, by building all these polluting destructive highways, while calling it 'progress'. We are living in denial by doing that. Denial that our activities our destroying the natural world around us- a world that sustains and nurtures us and everything else and by doing so we will inevitably destroy ourselves. Hopefully people start to wake up and stop trying to live just for gratifying their senses and realize that every living thing here has a right to it's life as much as human beings. Until and unless the bulk of humanity can grasp this truth I don't see things going any better for the animals. And even these so called wildlife experts and carers like this content creator here is disrespectful of animals I've seen as he's bragging about having pork for dinner. Why refer to pigs as pork? That word was designed to desensitize people to the fact that that's a sentient being they are eating. It's purpose is to inject the idea subliminally that a pig is a product and nothing more: PORK. How disrespectful to the animal and God and evil to do that. Same goes for other terms that were created for the same reason: 'beef' 'poultry' 'venison' - these are our brothers and sisters in creation and definitely the Lord will not like the abuse and suffering perpetuated on them by ignorant humanity , and thus the karmic effects created by such insane violent behavior towards our animal brethren is that we have the degradation of consciousness in humanity as whole, and our evolutionary birthright of achieving superconsciousness is neglected , unknown, and ignored by the bulk of humanity and each proceeding generation becomes even more degraded, insane, and lower consciousness than the previous and humanity degenerates into insanity and oblivion --- until it all starts over again when the culture/society gets annihilated thru war or some other cataclysm.

I am originally from Oklahoma and growing up I saw hundreds of armadillos dead of the side of the roads but never once did I see one out in the wild. I live just a couple miles from Kentucky Lake in Ky close to Tenn and I've probably seen a couple dozen this Spring walking around already in a 5 mile radius from my house.😊
