The best oil not only for beginners will be castor oil, this by swallowing regularly 1 tablespoon (15 ml) early in the morning on an empty stomach. In this manner you will not only be able to eliminate all the waste in your intestines, but all the toxins deposed in your body (methylmercury!) via the liver too.

Not really but there's a reference book that you can get on Amazon with useful information on each oil/blend. In regards to the many different brands of oils. I like oils that are natural and have the capabilities to be diffused, topical (even diluted in coconut oil) internal (I know only selected oils can be but the ones like lemon, lavender and rosemary) and also used for soaps and cleaning homemade recipes. Which brand do you find is the best? Some of my friends say dottera but the price is crazy. What is the type you use(if it can be used in all of the ways mentioned above) and is it more cost effective? Thanks for helping this essential oil beginner! ✌️😊🌸

Quick question- what do u do when u diffuse, let’s say lemon and peppermint in the morning - but it isn’t empty, but now it’s evening and u want to change the scent? Do u dump what’s left and add new water?

I’ve wondered this too! I just leave it and let the residual oils mix with the new ones. I will clean it out with vinegar and water about once a month though.

A second diffuser is also helpful, so you can have 2 different scents!

I just wait until the end, and then I start adding water and a different essential oil that is simple, don't complicate your life.

Every time I smell essential oils I get a bad migraine do u know y? I would love to use them but me n my daughter gets such a bad headache I hav tried diff brands, smells but they still make our head hurt

You promoting YL made me unfollow you. Making $ on the backs of the other people with an MLM is disgraceful. Getting rich as an influencer pushing your mlm at the expense of other women is gross and predatory. I've lost $5 grand to this company it's not doable for a average person. Thx
