I started frying my eggs in olive oil (I don't go shy on the olive oil), sunny side up, covered. While it's frying, I add a generous amount of Italian seasoning (and the obligatory salt/pepper). I then serve on some lightly toasted wheat bread. The Italian seasoning infuses with the olive oil, and both the olive oil and yoke soaks into the bread and makes the perfect taste/consistency.
ok so I tried making the fluffy eggs, I managed to separate the yolk but I tried to stir the whites the old fashioned why BUT IT FUCKING CREMATED, ASHES TO ASHES GRANDMA
You could say they're *eggsential* , amirite? That was an *eggcelent* pun I just *cracked* . I'm sorry. Edit: I've come to realise that my yolks are kinda bad. I'm very sorry.
thats good and all but the title of this video claims its essential. I've never even heard of a cloud egg, it's basically a cooked meringue with a yolk on top. Isn't that just sunny side up but way more complicated?
this reminds me of the time we were drawing eggs in art class and this girl almost dropped one and she went “phew if i had dropped that egg then..” she proceeded to think for a few seconds.. “ it would be a splat egg on the floor” then she smiled bc she was proud of what she came up with
R.J you're probably overcooking it. Use medium low heat and cook the egg slowly. When it's still pretty runny (but the bottom has a nice cooked membrane) you can add toppings and roll.
