Looking for a quick sweaty upper body workout I got you! No stopping 9 Min Upper Body Active Rests Intermediate workout will get your upper body burning and pumped up! 💪🏼
We are supersetting each exercise with a 30 second plank! The exercises throughout this session target the Arms, Back, Chest and Core!
This workout requires kettlebells but you can also do it with dumbbells.
This workout is targeted more for an intermediate level kettlebell user, but can 100% be manageable for beginners as well.
🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise.
➡️ Workout Description: 7 Supersets - 45 Seconds on, 30 Seconds plank, 15 Seconds rest

I really like these shorter videos. I can double up on them or combine them with other short ones. And if I'm short on time, I can just do it on its own.

No stopping! These short intense workouts give a good indication of progress with strength and stamina. I love how I can measure my progress with plank active rests. Thank you! ❤

I love these quick upper body workouts. The only problem I had with this one is the transition time. I'm too slow from getting up or down to/from the floor 😂
