Yes that's much better! All the power coming from your lower body and connection with the bell is better right through the movement. You seem to be tightening your more core too! Good stuff! 👍
This was awesome! I enjoyed it so much but im not sure what the descriptions means? Functional core. I am working towards strengthening my core. I feel FEEL this burned some decent calories for the short time spent also. Can someone tell me if im on track?
Looks superb food.I eat most things,but if I was single,i would try the ‘Raw Foods’ diet.I have done several 24 hour water fasts in the past.My lifestyle until age 40 was atrocious,I’ve never been more than half a stone overweight,but until age 40 it was ‘party central’ in my life !💯❤️🇬🇧.
Curious what difference it makes. What is right for her is right for very few people. Those look heavy. Good way actually “destroy” one’s shoulders. Start light and work your way up.
