I couldn’t lift my covers I did this for 10 straight days I even had Nick do it after I saw Results in myself so it does work it goes through the large pores in the bottom of your feet or through your skin but I do believe you’re right you’re breathing it as well because the water is so hot. I will try some of these others to see how different they are in the response of my body.

Thomas I have enjoyed all of your videos on Magnesium. They have been very beneficial to me. One mineral that seems to be a mystery is potassium. You have covered it briefly quite a few times. What baffles me is in my research I have found a consensus that an adult requires 3500-4700 mg per a day and seems to be a very important mineral. Supplements do not exceed 100 mg and foods high in potassium would still require enormous amounts to just meet the daily recommended? I would really appreciate some videos on this topic. I have been a regular follower and a little over a year later lost in excess of 140 lbs and your videos have been largely responsible for that happy loss in my life. Please continue with the great content and I hope for some details on this topic.

Before I watch this video, I took this notes from another video of yours :) Magnesium Chloride for metabolic function and detoxing. Magnesium Citrate not recommended, interferes with the balance of Iron and Copper leading to an excess of iron. Is also a laxative. Magnesium Glycinate (bound with glycine) it has calming effects. Magnesium Malate is energising, good for working, helps with ATP production. Magnesium Oxide, low bioavailability, needs to be taken throughout the day. Magnesium Sulfate, no real solid studies that shows any good effects in the body aside than powerful laxitive. Magnesium Orotate good for cardiovascular health. Good absortion. Magnesium Threonate has a good effect on mental health like depression and anxiety, short and long term memory. I know this may be a different video but what about a video on the best way to preserve certain foods like oils and butters? Do they need to be refrigerated?

I have a bad experience with magnesium citrate, ended up with Hypermagnesemia. The feeling of your lungs and heart about to stop is the most terrifying experience in my life so far. So people of the interwebs learn from my mistake and go to a doctor to see if you lack something in the magnesium department.

wow thank you so much for this information!! last year i did dirty keto for one month and i wasn't able to stand for 2 months until i reintroduced vegetables and carbs back into my diet. ever since I've been affected by what i did to my body...i have tremors all over and the muscles in my lower legs ache everyday. ive been taking magnesium citrate when I feel like i might get a muscle cramp. But thanks to you i now have the information to better help my situation. I'm still in the lookout for better help from watching your videos and Dr. Bergs. everytime i go to Kaiser they don't know how to properly help me without trying to give me medication or saying its all in my head, and functional medicine is hard to get when your in the low income spectrum. anyways thank you so much for these videos

Diagnosing and Treating Vitamin B12 Deficiency ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BvEizypoyO0.html for the Just in Case. If it was just because you followed fad nonsense for 'health' that ruined your health, then you found out without medical tests that you can't process fatty acids in your mitochondria. So your only other options are carbohydrates and proteins. Alcohol was added to Stryer's Biochemistry as a Food Group, but I don't advocate people becoming drunks for 'health'.

This is right on time. I was in Walmart last night trying to figure out which I needed. I remembered you saying don’t choose Magnesium Oxide in another video. It seems that’s mostly what they sold. I couldn’t make a decision and left. Thanks for this video.

Miko Mo please don’t purchase your supplements from Walmart or any other place that you don’t know how long they’ve been sitting on the shelf. Also when searching please make sure you search for filler free , free from magnesium stearate dicalcium phosphates and the many many extras that most vitamins have. The other ingredients should be at most 4 things which tells you what the capsule is made of either vegetable/vegan or gelatin/bovine. Maybe water or avocado or MCT oil if you’re purchasing Vitamin D or Omega 3s. Anything with a laundry list of “other “ ingredients is a waste of your money. Search Smarter Vitamins or Genius Brand they cost a little more but you’re worth it! There’s no need to purchase a supplemental item if only 1/10th of it is vitamin. Please try not to purchase anything in a compressed tablet , only capsule or gel caps your body will thank you since it won’t be forced to try to figure out how to digest talcum powder /magnesium stearate.
