💜 This is a 5 class challenge that will promote weight loss, realigning you posture, ribcage / pelvis, improve the diaphragmatic breathing, core function , promote free lymph flow , weight loss, toning your lower body, pelvic floor health, reduce the appearance of cellulite. . Do all 5 classes for 4-5 weeks.
It depends on your level they increase in intensity. You can choose to do 1 each day and repeat ; or 3/5 days each class; but the more you do one class the better you understand the flow & I think get most out of it,

Wow that was mesmerising 🤩✨💕 i released many stuck joints that I couldnt release with yin yoga. The breathing added the extra spice that was needed to move the stuck energy. I'm in love and can't wait to do it again or the next video. Thank you so so so so so much✨🥰 sending many fluffy vibes over to you
You are my favorite yogi in the entire world, you move and teach in a way that I find my center confidently enough to strengthen it. Yesss!!! We use a lot of moves to release tension in pelvic floor in this series! Do all of them. The inner thigh work is important too and influences your pelvic floor and core a lot! 🔥🔥🔥 please share!!
On day 1 🎉 yoh it was hectic. I’m suffering from a knee injury, tore an MCL and I’m trying to get back to exercise so I thought I would start with something that’s not hard on my ligaments and joints. Excellent class
@@gayatriyoga sorry did not read the description😌. Did about 3/4 th of the class. I am always on the time crunch. Can only workout over the weekends. So when I do it I look for longer challenging series. It is not a bad class, just not what I expected. I could have read the description first.
