@@diabloxz The chiropractor i finally went to after Oestopathy didnt fully help may have saved me after a few sessions, finally in may after continuous use of acupuncture the needles twitched a scm trigger point and my NECK IS AS GOOD AS NEW NOW 😊

I think this guy just saved my life. Ive been suffering from cervical dystonia for over 5 years as began to develop wry neck and it completely took over my life in all aspects. So far this exercise is working like a charm after doing it a few times, and my symptoms have drastically decreased almost instantly. Going to keep this up hopefully im finally free from this pain.

Girl I feel your pain; I was brought to tears with my wry neck. Mine is slowly subsiding with pain and muscle relaxer medication and rest. Be patient. I am trying the Dr's technique as well.
once I wolk up and I coldent evin get up it her so bad do all of these stretches don't be afrade you mite cry but still it's important to stretch them because it can tense up so bad if you don't stretch them that you can be in a vary bad posishon

Same now I can't even put my head straight forward without it hurting or have it turned to the left like I could before I feel like I can only just stop moving and I'll be fine but then I still get those weird spasms of pain no matter where I put my head
I use to have this and every doctor didn’t know the cause and gave my random medicine with no effect. After a year with many medication, chiropractor, and rest, I finally got heard on it’s own. I am thankful to god and appreciate life even more.
oh my god...I was in the worst pain I've ever been in, extremely sore/stiff right side of neck till I did that massage you talked about at first and it was immediately about 90% better....it was so bad I could hardly get out of bed and could hardly walk...the other steps helped some more...im not 100% better yet but it's a night and day difference....thank you so much. It felt like my neck was broken even though it was only the muscle

I'm the biggest critic there is and this worked in less than a minute, now, I'm not 100% yet but damn it helped. I've been in so much pain for about 4 days now that my shoulder and back muscles are as sore as if ive been doing an intense workout because they are constantly contracted because of the pain.
I knew it would hurt and I felt like it may make it worse. I so overdue and I have the mobility of someone in a batsuit. I've done all he has shown twice and it's easing up just a little bit.

its been 20 years of stiff "wry" neck, (could be 10). Gone! i have been to chiro, physio and massage, also used heat and ice, NONE of it really helped at all. Well, one chiropractor showed me the "pull head sideways stretch" but that is all. You have cured me of the Trap muscle pain, and now the Neck Wry Pain. THANK you. so freaking much. 2 stretches and CURED, it's unbelievable.
This worked great for me! I had very strong left side pain for about 10days, impacting also the nerve reaching the lower left side of back. I performed the exercises, about 5-10 times per days, and I had immediate relief within 2 days. It is amazing what some free advice that is communicated from a practitioner on a video can do in contrary to the theories you hear on a paid doctor appointment, who will just point out to physiotherapy etc, without explaining anything.

I've learned two very useful treatments from the Doc today (Oct, '19). The most important one is to place a half used roll of paper towels under the back of the neck while laying on my back to counteract the dreaded 'Head Forward' problem. Second is his neck muscle stretching treatment from this vid. I will practice both several times a day. Will even try the paper towel roll as a pillow replacement at bedy-by time. Doc Mandel provides excellent knowledge/understanding, advice and treatments for us old/decrepit seniors. HaHa

This literally almost *instantly* helped! I did the first/second method when my neck was stiff/in pain from sleeping on it the previous day. I still feel it (somewhere *deep* in the tissue) but it went from about a 6/10 to a 2/10.

The first exercise helped me sooooo much! The last exercise killed me!!!!! I thought I was never going to get better. I didn't do the last exercise for long... only a split second because it hurt so bad. I only managed to get 3 hours of sleep, because I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom... and it was fine then, but when I got back to my bed, all of a sudden it started to hurt sooo bad. Then I looked up this video and I used the first exercise for over 2 hours now, and it feels much better! I was just watching other RU-vid videos to help me get distracted from the pain I was going through... I have torn a muscle and this wry neck is even more painful... this is the most pain I have ever felt in my life. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR THE VIDEO IT HELPED A LOT!!!! One recommendation for anyone that can't turn their head... i could not turn my head to the right, so I would go slowly from the left turning until I felt a little bit of pain... then after that, I would keep going. When I felt sharp pain... my instinct was to turn to the left, but I forced myself to stay, and it hurt like death tbh 😂 but I would do the first exercise super fast so that it would relax... once I've gone pretty far, I stretch out the muscle and try again. This helped me a lot and bless anyone reading this comment that is going through this horrible thing. Best of luck!

Dr. mandell. You are a life Saver. I had developed Cervical spondylosis working on computer with a mouse and my Right neck and Right arm has been constantly killing me for over 3 yrs. I finally have the perfect stretches that works and am planning to do this every day whether or not I have any pain..

@ anyone who feels like it hurts too much to even turn it: try a warm shower or lay a warm cloth or something around your neck to relax the muscles a little, and then try these sort of stretches very little at a time. Whatever you do dont keep your neck stiff because I've done that before and I could not even lift myself out of bed because of the spasms.
remainingembers that's how I am today never had neck pain like it couldn't get out off bed could hardly breathe pain was unbearable I've put a hot water bottle on my neck taken a painkiller and gently did this exercise it feels wee bit improved. Hope you are better now.
Do all of these for good amount of time and by tomorrow it feels great to have a healthy neck amen dude you saved my life This was my first time it ever happen now if it happens again I know what to do I feel like a doctor now 🏥
