The acting was so well done by Luck Perry you would think that this was actually REAL. One of the most under-rated actors in the 90"s chills everytime i hear "OH GOD BRANDON" in this scene...#powerful
@@Calbenmike It turns out that Jack McKay was alive the whole time. The FBI pulled him away seconds before the explosion. Jack returns to visit Dylan in the last season. That, of course, happened after Dylan's return in the 9th season.
"Look what they did to her Brandon!" Geez I cried then and im teary now. It's probably one of the greatest / sadest scenes. I wish they had kept her on ... I like Rebecca
Whats really crazy when u see this now if u really saw this episode is that Bruno tried to warn Dylan too bad back then in 95 cells phones weren't as popular and it made for great TV...one word to describe Luke perrys acting - UNDERRATED
I watched it ages ago when I was still at school... I am a 28 year old young man now, and I can't stop crying over this.. it's just so unfair. I hate that Tony Marchette guy, although I admire Dylan for holding back and not shooting him at the funeral. I don't think Dylan connected with anyone else like he did with Toni. Let's be honest - that was a true love in its strongest and most genuine form, when you look at them together, it just feels right! I wish to find a love like this in my life..
man, this show is so good...when they shot her and when dylan opened the door i was like =O literally and i'm not the type to usually do that kinda stuff watching series or movies or whatever. thanks for posting
One of the most powerful scenes in any show that I can remember. The writing & acting were phenomenal. This felt so real and literally felt like we all lost someone after growing so attached to Toni and then watching this episode. Still hate Marchette to this day for what he did. lol Definitely the best season imho....
I like your screen name. Just curious, does it have to do with Elvis? I know that he called Priscilla sattnin. Just curious if it had to do with him. What a coincidence if it didn’t.
when i first watched this it was on soapnet and i watched it wih my mom, she knew what was happening i had no idea, when she died i cried like a baby and yelled at my mom for not telling me
OMG just got it on soapnet now me and mi amigoz here watching it sept 1 2010 i had to see it again tonight on you tube. i agree 1 of the IF NOT best SOAPY drama scenes in tv pop culture HISTORY ever ever ever, come NO better! whether primetime soaps at night or daytime soap this scene is chillz and emmy worth all the way when he scream OH BRANDON"nooooo look what they did to her"brandon and your seein brandon FROZE without any reaction.in SHOCK.just great action.poor girl.GREAT SCENE 4ever.adios
true! you always watch those kinda films, start feeling a connection with it and sometimes hop that in reality, you might find something like that, and when you actually see what really happens.. damn! dissapointed lol
You know if you really think about it..Toni really didn't have to die,she shouldn't have due to the simple fact Dylan's dad never really died so this should not have happened.I really liked Toni she was great for Dylan.
I know its a TV show and its pure fiction, but I always wondered what the hell Toni's dad was thinking of? Because killing his daughter's husband is the way to get her to "come back" to him. And did he even think about what would happen if Dylan was drving and Toni was in the car with him?
That is the problem when you are fueled with hate, you don't think. He didn't even think that his daughter could have been killed. That is why God encourages us to let go of unforgiveness, let go hate, racism, prejudice, sexism, or whatever the case may be.
It was such a good show without the heavy stuff thrown into it. Watching as adult I'm surprised my parents let me watch it in high school definantely turned into a night time soap opera over the years. Still enjoy it just hate seeing Dylan fight his own external demons.
This episode was so fucking sad. But you know what bothered me about it? At Antonia's funeral when Dylan talks with her father and he gives Dylan a gun to kill him, Dylan says to him: "No. My father is gone. Your daughter is gone. We're even now." Seems kind of like a douche thing to say...cuz they weren't even. His father AND wife died. That line should've been rewritten.
god man. i thought EXACTLY the same thing :/ i really want an explanation on this one. They are not equal at all. I think Dylan loved antonia more than Toni did anyway. :/ God this is so sad.
Those bullets were meant for Dylan. Dylan and her father didn’t have a good relationship. Her father ordered that hit on Dylan because of his father, Jack McKay (if I remember correctly) but Toni's father didn’t think she would be the one driving.
