“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” ― Socrates
Dude, I just started SERIOUSLY working out 5 days a week with a push/pull/legs/upper/total body split. Started weighing foods as well. Already have gotten compliments in just 2 months of doing this consistently. Even a girl at the gym told me I look good. This is a lifestyle change boys, not a diet. Few understand.
@@EriPages I like to get 7-8 but a lot of times it’s more like 6-7. Also supplement with 5,000 IU of Vit D before bed time…it helps with the testosterone levels.
@@zunif I have always had a fairly athletic physique since late puberty, because I was always active. But I’ve NEVER been told that “you’re getting bigger” or, “you carry yourself different” or, “He’s bulking up” until I started lifting consistently. For the record, I’ve NEVER taken a PED or HGH or TRT or any other human growth enhancement either. Just track EVERYTHING you eat EVERY day, and eat a surplus of around 250-500 calories per day. Don’t do cardio if you wanna bulk. Most guys make the mistake of trying to bulk and then cut WAY too soon just because they wanna see abs. Big mistake. If you are just getting into lifting, you should be bulking for the first 1-2 years to take advantage of the beginner gains AMAP. It’s really simple dude. Lift 4-5 sets of reps that get impossible to lift at 10-12 reps, do a simple Push/Pull/Legs/Upper/Total body split, eat a surplus of clean food, DROP the beer, cigarettes, porn and overuse of blue light devices (your phone), and get 7-9 QUALITY sleeping hours per night, supplement with vitamin D and a multi vit, get sunshine every day. It’s not rocket science g.
For real? I started working out at 20, I'm 38 now and have a killer physique. Sleeve stretching biceps, V-Taper like a Dorito, abs you can see through my shirt etc. But I can't get interest from any girl I'm interested in and get nothing but rejection regardless of the venue or my approach.
My message to Fitx: please show more of what you used to look like. It’ll give a lot of guys out there more confidence to know that they can do it too.
EXACTLY! You want to create a dominant presence as a short guy. Ever since I got swole I've gotten nothing but respect from strangers. People move out my way when I'm coming through. Guys always strike up conversations with me and they try to be my friend. Girls not only give me a lot more eye contact and smile but they go out their way to be next to me or to compliment me, especially at the gym. I'm not saying it's just the muscles that brought on these changes in how people perceive me now, because I also got a couple tattoos recently, pierced my ears, and of course I've been taking care of my skin and hair for the last 2 years consistently. Overall, getting jacked as a short guy is a must. You WILL be respected.
I know 4 guys that are all 5”7 that can get any woman they want. They are all athletes: -soccer player -boxer -2 of them are elite football players If you are in shape and jacked your height won’t matter as much to females.
This is why going to the gym or being in shape is super important. You can go to the gym with friends or you can workout at home if you have the equipment. Exercising is good for your health and for your attraction level.
Women say they prefer the "dad bod" because they are scared to sound "shallow". Go to your gym and see who the hottest girls are with, 99% of the time it will be with the guys that are in the best shape in the gym. I myself have had jacked friends and skinny/fat friends and 100% of the times at the club it's the guys in great shape attracting girls like bugs while the rest of us stood in a corner sipping on beer. It ain't debatable.
@@ARTDEVGRU247 You wear fitted clothing. Cuff should hug the bicep in a tshirt and in a shirt make sure it's tailored to your V taper, one button down to expose a bit upper chest, pants that are not too tight to look ridiculous but fitted enough that show your leg development. Most guys are not gonna be as muscular as FitX that's for sure but you can still look good if you have a solid base of muscle and are lean enough (12-15%). These friends that I'm talking about weren't the biggest guys in the world, but most guys don't even lift so imagine how they looked next to my 130 pound scrawny ass back then.
Facts as a teen this whole dad bod thing is bs and I was skinny built with abs when I was 15 and 16 once I was 17 my physique started getting bigger and more results
Bro sets the bar high, but he's spouting the full truth. My buddy is a solid bodybuilder. When we go out, he gets so much attention. I've got a lot of work to do, but I'm listening to everything this man says.
As a 19 year old he ain't lying can't be short and out of shape I had to learn that at 15 and 16 now my physique is different from doing calisthenics and boxing sometimes I'll mix it up with weight lifting
I was told creatine can lead to premature balding/thinning of your hair...and I already have bad genes for hair loss so imma stay off the creatine for now
I’m 6’1” with the swimmers body - literally, I swam competitively for 14 years. I can do all the intermediate lifts - bench 225lbs, squat 300lbs, overhead press 145lbs…so I’m not weak. And I’ll never forget the day when a group of girls straight up told me about “short guy energy” and how it’s so off putting. I hope things like that don’t get you average-or-under dudes too upset, like don’t let it get to you. Those are more often than not the women who you don’t want.
Bro your so on point having a nice physique is a severe cheat code it’s like a girl having a phat ass same equivalent to a man having muscle and dudes don’t realize that
Been watching your videos since you were on Fresh & Fit the other day. This content is on point, best looks maxing channel I've ever seen by far. Keep up the great work bro! & also what he said at the end about shaving your body hair. It is a night and day difference when you shave your arms and elsewhere with a good physique. Stomach, back, arm hair are going to hide how good your physique actually is.
Don't forget to get finessed by overseas women looking for green cards too so they can come to America and turn into the women you're running away from
Bro I can’t wait till u come out with a full week work out plan. Im already in the gym but when and if u drop a weekly work out plan , I’m on dat shit asap.
im blessed to be 6'2. im actually fat but i already lost 90 pounds ( i was 380) im gonna still focusing on weight training and in a few months is gonna be SHOWTIME
Great tips...........I'll leave the body shaving though, my masculine hair in all the right places, is just that,........masculine.........muscle still shows through where it needs to!
i see what you sayin but i aint workin out foe da women im workin out foe myself. Its crazy how men gotta look like dis or dat foe women to wanna fw you. Dats female nature for you, shii crazy as hell
@@oluwadamilolaayoade5312 true, WOMEN like low key shredded Men, but GUYS... dont do something to get somebody's approval, do it cause you dont want to go around with a sagging belly, fatty round face, breathing heavy, pain in knees, feet, due to weight accumulation, i can go on and on...
Im working on gettin in shape so i can whip the next mans ass.. not really to get girls, for me its not about that its about having confidence enough to hold my own in a fight against the average man. I think the best type of shape to be in is fighting shape like a boxer or military person... not bodybuilder or super/ underwear model shape.
Short and skinny was a death sentence for me and I was getting women all my life. I got sick and lost 20 pounds on my frame and ended up 118 at 5’9 and believe me, women were shittin on me crazy 🤣🤣🤣. Even joints I feel are less than me.
It’s actually the opposite for taller guys you need to fill out your frame obviously naturally but most guys who are over 6 foot will always look better with a filled out frame because it compliments there height shorter guys who depend to go for that look just end up looking even more shorter and doesn’t give that same wide affect that taller guys have who are well built what I mean is like 200 to 230 max of muscle not a bunch of fat
@@rampagesmackssons508 yeah got a great upper body and back routine I'm definitely shaoing up. Upgrading from small home gym to paid gym soon to up the weight. Appreciate u!
@@flakosaivo1257 you think so? No cap I've been terrified of the idea. I'd rather get a hair transplant. Been using monoxidil and Finasteride. But then again never seen myself bald. Getting lean will def help tho. Don't want to be chub AND bald 🤣
@@deeward5572 naw they are just perverted, and they have been desensitized... its the equivalent to a man that has a fetish over thick women to the point where women who are naturally are thick are not enough, he eventually progresses to fat women or women who are enhanced with bbls and lipo.
Great content. You should do a video on what type of women are more compliant from your experiences. White Girls, Black Girls, Or Misc Girls? I think that would be a good video bro, just an idea.
I agree with everything he is saying but, remember we live in a dangerous world and only doing steady state carido will not serve you well if you ever need your heart and lungs to work overtime. You don't want to gas-out when your trying to protect yourself or that new young lady in your life.
🤔I heard technically you should do hiit and liss for your overall health but I do technically do more liss than hiit. The main thing I probably don't do is the calorie track; I just fast most of the day and then get all my meals in at the end
@@wilfridjoseph6172 yeah bro i was 225 lbs . Had a high body fat percentage but i had built a decent amount of muscle. Lost 40lbs in 4 months. Got down to 185, but now im back up to 195-200. 175 at 15% bodyfat i feel like is real attainable
I’m on the same page when it comes to gaining weight. I can eat and eat and not gain a pound. My job is very cardio intensive and I do gym workouts as well. Should I be cutting back on something?
Should we be taking some type of supplements while in the gym to add mass or can it be done naturally? And also can u be a little bit more explanatory about weighing food and how much should it weigh?
I'm naturally strong , but in my case strenght gains are not directly linked to hypertrophy. Sure i increase the weight gradually , but intensity , speed of execution and quality reps are far more important.
Women don't like to feel like they're losing out. Even for us guys if you messed up on a dime you'd be tempted to know if she's doing good after she left you. So if you're improving and doing better in her eyes you've become that dime.
Does anyone know any good and legit swimming classes in nyc for adults? I’m 28. I’m ngl I always wanted a swimmers body and I feel like everyone should know how to swim. I’m 5’10 and on the slim side
@@fayahmad9063 like i said. It wont happen. Some women still talk to dudes even in marriages dude. If you think a woman is only gonna talk to you only and be loyal, you fooling yourself.
95%? Nope. Only 20% finds it attractive. Athletic build is much more attractive. Also height is a bigger contributor to attraction and dis guy is not tall. 6"4 + fit wth muscles showing but natural is found attractive by 60% or so. Which is insanely high.
Can. My friend who's 5'5 got in really good shape. His wife is the one who chased him. At this height he has to be as fit and lean because when he gets pudgy/chubby it makes him look even shorter. His body becomes the shape of a pear
Take everything these RU-vidrs say with a grain of salt. This guy is clearly on gear 😂. It’s hella obvious. He makes some good points tho. But most of these guys are putting on a front
Definetly the juice, he got introduced, benn around 40 years, i knowmit when i see it, but it looksngreat on him,all the young guysnin the gym are on it, 2 hard to get it back in the daysmnknowmita a b candy store
