98 Lexus ls400 virgin dump eeprom via autel im508 xp400 

so been struggling this whole time for a bit now. reading the eeprom chip off a 98 Lexus ls400. so step one is removing the chip. might make video on that later. ill make one installing it. step 2 is the most important. CLEAN THE EEPROM CHIP. tried wire brushes but the teeth are too small. so what I heard is they have a film that looks like bare metal and they do! so I put my solder tip and cleaned them all over bottom tops and tips. to burn off the film. then I put it on micro chip. pin 1 of micro chip is where dimple is. and pin one on the xp400 is where the 1 is ok the ap200. and pin one on the xp400 is the red square. so not sure if it's the exact virgin dump but point blank ill get it and this was just the steps to read write and erase the eeprom.
