Unrealistic. ATC will never accept that a distress call is accidental. And pilots will never open the cockpit door even if it means all the passengers are killed.
If an alarm is send and it is later stated it was a false alarm, air traffic control never assumes the alarm was false. They will always prepare for the worse. This happened in Amsterdam Airport once with an Air Europa plane still on the ground. The pilot wanted to inpress his trainee by typing the hijack alarm code, but the transponder was accidentally left on. This causes major delays, as flight control wouldn't accept statements that the alarm was accidental. Police and ambulance had to make sure first.
There's a heaven and a hell when we die and those who reject Lord Jesus Christ will go there so please follow Lord Jesus Christ alone, don't worship and idolise celebrities who are leading you to hell, sex outside of marriage, smoking of any kind of substance, divorce and remarriage, adultery, partying, racism, hatred, hypocrisy, lying, gossiping, unforgiveness, polygamy, rebellion, political ideologies, political correctness, religions outside Christianity, immodesty, lustrous, p0rn, party/revelling, drugs, getting drunk, Igbtq, using God's Name in vain (OMG and Jesus Christ) are all sins that lead to HELL, you must repent or you will burn in hell according to scripture. Remember that Lord Jesus Christ is will to forgive you if you are willing to go to Him and repent of your sins, don't wait for your death bed because last minute repentance is unacceptable to God. Lord Jesus died for all of us and He rose on the 3rd day so that we can go to Heaven, He is the only begotten Son of God, so please choose Heaven and live for Him as He lived and died for you.
“crap, he’s going to kill my piece of ass. Let me open the door so he can probably crash the plane and kill EVERYONE.” I love hijacking’s movies. They make so much sense.
That's why 7500 was a great movie. Shot only in the cockpit, and it's all about how the pilot doesn't open the door, even on seeing his own wife getting killed, and having a breakdown.
Before 911 the protocol actually said that you should do what the terrorists say bc it was thought that it would decrease the risk of further violence. After 911 they obviously changed that...
Im still on the first episode watching right now and aftet seeing this and even worse the "oh it was just a prank bro" explanation to dispatch and dispatch blindly accepting it I might not even start episode 2 If a show abandons all sense of reality to the point its ridicolously stupid theres no fun in watching it
No they did not he was one of the people who could help the people on the plane. the hijackers were a bunch of cronies who were under higher ups these higher ups had moles in different places and they used the british men to force abdullah to come to his wife's aid then they killed him
@Mysteriousindividualguy It wasn't his wife, it was the lady who was supposed to check the hijackers for weapons before they boarded the flight, she got called to her house by the other criminals so that the hijackers could make it on the plane without trouble.
This is probably the perfect movie for a film summary channel, it doesn’t seem like very good writing, and I probably wouldn’t actually watch it, but I’m still hooked when it’s explained to me
Just in case shit ever happens to you... remember that blanks can still hurt you A LOT and can even be lethal if they are fired close enough to your body.
@@faisalloay2807 well the rule was implemented after the imfamous 9/11 incident. The previous rule was to give hijackers what they want so no one got hurt. But then everyone died. That's why even if some people die as long as the pilot is safe the rest have a chance to survive.
@@faisalloay2807 Its not a cruel rule at all. As the person above me already said as long as the pilot is in the cockpit the hijackers don't get anything.
Couldn’t they have just entered the squawk code 7500? Because that’s the squawk code for a hijacking. Is some of the equipment not working or something?
Captains never ever opens the cockpit door!!! Also before the flight ✈️ there are lots of passwords ( every flight new password) to be used when things go wrong. ATC can’t be assuming anything.. false alarms are never taken false alarms.
I think if they had squawked 7500 and said "everything is fine", the ATC in this movie would've gotten it way quicker. Even without the 7500 squawk, as soon as a pilot says that, ain't no way they're just gonna let it go so easily.
I notice that the series is built by an inspirarion from the 2014 non stop starring Liam Neeson, the show is very good and i really do follow up for it🥰
Ugh… I know, you are technically correct. But I‘m sure that this was an intentional and obvious overdramatizing of the IQ. The actual IQ of Jack is unknown.
I like this show because of Idris Elba but also because it's not black and white. If you follow the plot then the character that Mr Elba plays doesn't really accomplish all that much all the while giving off (quite convincing) "I got this, I am really smart" vibes. Ultimately though, he resolved the first passenger uprising for the terrorists when he could have ended the whole thing right there. If there is a truly heroic figure in this then it's the step dad who individually contributes the most by being quietly competent.
They wouldnt get trough airport security with the guns and there is no way they can sneak the bullets into the plane and a trained pilot would never open the cockpit door
Before 9.11.2011 , I remember being bored on 1st class and pilot offered me to have his seat 💺in the cockpit while Boeing was on automatic. I was absolutely delighted. I spent several hours chatting with copilot at cockpit. Ive done this several times during my flights from SFO to NRT airport or SFO to Honolulu. But post 9.11, cockpit rules changed and lock was added, I heard. The only downside of this was my mistake telling my boyfriend at that time..... He was pissed off 🤬. Lol😂 great memories.
