Not sure if you guys are still watching this channel or not. I have this system on my pool and I have the lid on to direct the flow correctly. I free tested the gears and see that it flows smoothly, and all the ports open as expected. There is no damage to any of the gears or the teeth. ith the lid on and water flowing, there is no movement to the system. Any ideas?

Are all the gears making solid contact with the inner teeth of the water valve that is plumbed into the pipes?

Thanks for the video...if one of my cleaning zones isn't getting the same amount of water pressure through them causing the in-floor heads not to pop up all the way... is it possible that one or more of the valves inside the housing is stuck open? How would I fix this? All my other zones work with enough pressure to pop up the in-floor heads...just having problem with one of my cleaning zones...thanks again!
