A Blessing for Caregivers | Summer of Blessings 

Tears welling. I am a year out from the end of caring for my Father and your words are salve to my soul that still feels all the emotions from the journey. Thank you.

Thanks Kate, Right now my wife and I are caring for my mother as she rehabs from a broken femur. This has been very difficult. My father in-law is in the late stages of Alzheimer's and we are raising two teenage foster children. You are right on time with this blessing.

Come now Holy Spirit! Once again, you touch me with your writing of those amazing prayers. Please don't ever stop.

Your words gave me sustenance today. Play know that the work you do is meaningful and I appreciate you so much.

I listen to your podcast regularly--during long walks &/or long-ish drives. I savor your words, books, prayers, questions, conversations and your humor. The world is a better place because of you--the honesty, care & love you speak & think into the air, and write on paper / digital spaces.
