Haven't seen the movie in awhile but I do remember the book mentioning that there are indeed other telepathic dogs but Blood seems to be one of a few, if not the only, that really excels at strategic and logical thinking. I would imagine most of the dogs would constantly just be saying the words for food they like lol

In the vault, there is another dog that Vic briefly encounters, and the weird cult people instantly start to ask the dog what were they talking about. Seems lika it was a thing for them.

When I saw this trailer I figured it was just to aid the humor of it sounding like some sort of 1950s American ad for a wonder gizmo, when really its just in his head. Sort of like the prewar advertisements in Fallout 1 and 2 that you can see. Also the line " In the future, your dog will tell you how to survive, or you will die" is absolutely true and has always been true.

The Cold War combined with the upheaval of the 60s and Vietnam plus scandals like Watergate led to a golden age of dystopian stories. In the 90s it got toned down a bit. But then there was a resurgence after 9/11.

@@florinivan6907 Yes,youre right.. I personally love the outlook on the future that we had in the 1950's. everything was optimistic and we were filled with wonder at the Jetsons like world of tomorrow that we believed lay ahead. after the early 60's its all been one steady downward sprial.

@Epoch plus5 Oh man! There are so many great obscure ones. There are some really cool 70's sci-fi movies. Logan's Run is my personal favourite. Have you seen Demon Seed ? That's a good one. Forbidden Planet (1956). Phase IV (1974). Saturn 3 (1980) There were a lot of really great 80's and 90's sci-fi movies. Best way to find them is go on google and type in "best 50's sci-fi movies". Then "best 60's sci fi movies" and carry on doing that right up to the current decade. Black Hole (1979 is another one I really love. Some awesome recent ones are Equilibrium (2002), Snowpiercer (2013) Upgrade (2018) and Life (2017)

@@Tony-1971 most of these I have not seen , except for Logan's Run , which was good . Have you ever seen Silent Running ? ... that was also good ... or how about Zardoz , with Sean Connery ... I thought it was a pretty good movie it's just a shame they filmed it on grainy crappy quality film . Have you ever seen 2001 Space Odyssey ?

@@gardensofthegods Yeah i love Silent Running and Zardoz. Specially Zardoz. I have Zardoz on blu ray and the picture quality isnt too bad. Another really cool 70's one to see is 'Phase IV.' Its pretty crazy. I love sci-fi but i have never been a big fan of 2001 a space odyssey. I always thought it was overrated. Same with A Clockwork Orange.

Jajajajajaja si, pero teniendo en cuenta que el perro tenía poderes psíquicos y existían los androides, la verdad que fue (para mí) la parte menos “WTF” de todas XD. Eso sí, no comprendí que era esa luz verde que se mostró en una escena de la peli cuando estaban en un enfrentamiento.

El final donde el perro y don johnson se comen a la chica es wtf pero fuera de camara
