Not a problem. Not sure about Black Friday, but I'd assume there would likely be at least 50 or 100 bucks off like everything else.

Wish I could help but I really just played with the settings and figured out what did what as I did it. What I would recommend is to go into the settings and take a picture of every single one before messing with anything. Then, one by one change them and eventually you'll figure out which one increases the PAS settings.

Even if you set to 9, it will max at what 5 does. You just have more pedal assist that's all. To change to 9, go to p05. You hit up or down to change the value from 0, 1, 2....0 will give you 3 assist, 1, will give you 5 assist, 2 will give you 9 assist.

15mph the entire you should be in the ballpark of 20-26miles. If it's a hilly area then subtract a few.

Odd.. I guess they updated it. Old listing said it was a 750w bike and now their website shows 1400w. I wonder if they actually upgraded the motor or if they're pulling some marketing tricks and advertising peak values. Does yours have a faster top speed than the 750w reviews?

Ok.. Found the amazon listing and just as I thought.. It's a 750w motor with a peak of 1400w. So they basically just switched up their advertising to make it seem more appealing amzn.to/49tkYOQ

Not sure why stupid ppl keep crying about hydraulic breaks all the time. Getting tired of that shtz. Been riding bikes since the 90s and never had a problem with mechanical breaks. It's a fvck bike, not a motorcycle. Smh.

No, they are good. They had a fire at at there over seas factory. Mine got delayed but arrived yesterday

I dont remember the exact setting you have to change but if you scroll though the comments, I'm pretty sure someone posted the setting it was. Yes, I would still recommend it. Its been a great bike with no issues.

From zero to 100 is about 5-6hrs charge. Milage varies depending on your speed and if you're using pedal assist or throttle only. Could be anywhere from 15 to 50 miles. average 15mph riding, you'll get about 25-30 miles

@@shahzadhamid476 Throttle only will affect the range but its really hard to say a number as it varies based on speed. If you're gunning it full throttle the entire time, your range is definitely going to suffer and could go as low as 12-15 miles. Go 14-16mph and you'll easy get double that range and so on

Unfortunately I don't even remember what setting it was. To unlock it I would recommend just doing what I did and it should take you no more than 10 minutes to do. Take a picture or take notes of every setting in the settings menu. Then once you have it all documented, one by one start changing the different settings and see if anything changes. If the throttle speed isn't affected, just change it back and go to the next one. Eventually it'll unlock and allow you to go to go past 20mph on throttle. To check quickly, just tip the bike onto the kick stand so the rear tire is off the ground, crank the throttle and check the max speed.

How are you riding? Faster riding or throttle only riding will easily result in much less range on any ebike

From my experience in riding e-bikes I get about 1 mile per amp hour riding at Max speed and settings on throttle only

How is that having trouble? Having trouble would be like the bike not starting or something like that. 30 miles is normal, that's plenty for 13ah. You can get more miles if you set peddle assist to 1 and help pedal the bike. Your bike is fine. I saw another video guy tested on throttle only and got 19 miles, so you getting 30 miles is normal.

I've had my heybike mars for a year now and have been wanting full suspension due to issues I think related to front suspension only, my commute to work is pretty rough at times. Thank you for the update. 920$ seems like a steal and 2 free baskets or 50$ rebate is even better yet.

I own this one, but i don't think have problem with the brakes, although the Hydraulic Disc Brake is the best, but only $1099 can get the full supsension is the best budget for me🤣

It was a bit unfortunate that I had to adjust them myself, but after doing the adjustment it was working without any issues.

It's a break cable. Just loosen the cable, pull tight, tighten the bolt. So easy even a caveman can do it. If you are those who cries about hydraulic breaks, just purchase a hydraulic break set and install it. They go anywhere from $50 to 200. I've been riding bikes with cable breaks from the 90s, never have a problem.

Completely understandable. For a full suspension ebike with hydraulic brakes you'll definitely need to spend a little more. This one is geared more toward being affordable
