Window AC is easy for service and installation. But split AC is best for fast cooling and energy saving.

as a service engineer i am telling my experience dont go for any brand inveeter AC s. that is not good for our voltage. once upon a time after 10years only customer giveing ac to Scrab.but after purchaseing inverter acs even o genaral also problem comeing with in 1 year and out of warranty very difficult .becasue of board cost.beter we can choose normal ac but always choose coper coil.dont go for aluminium .coper is best. quality means og and mitshibushi very nice brand minimum 8years working without.spare parts failure.and budget section bluestar and carrier last one is voltas (specifically 5years comparansive warranty ) model.available in voltas only.other models only 1+4 or 1+9 years warranty.(1year only full set warranty balance years only for that major component compresor)comercial people who are all runing more than7 hours 8 hours continuously. they are go for inverter model.because continues ac runing only you can save power consumption in inverter ac.but investment waste for inverter acs.what ever acs you buy pls buy one stabilizer for that saftey.low voltage area pls befr buying stablizer call your electrician and check that input voltage if it is more tha199 volts means go for normal stabilizer.incase less than 190volts better go for double booster.incase you select wrong stabilizer.you suffer lot.there is no resale value for stabilizer so choose your stabilizer before buying.always buying accessories from service tecnician it is very safe for you

Carrier brand AC... single pcb board cost is 25000....actually it has two pcb board.... so total cost of replacing pcb board is more than new AC cost..... so if you have problem with pcb... best option is to buy new AC

Copper replacement cost high but serviceable .. PFC ( alloy ) condenser replacement cost lesser then copper but non-serviceable.. PFC energy saving but copper not a good heat exchanger!!!
