I recently challenged myself to book a cheap hotel on the Las Vegas Strip and spend no more than $150 per night. As I’m sure you are aware, hotels are not cheap on the strip and it ended up costing me a fortune.
Amazingly, I managed to book a room at the Mandalay Bay for a really cheap price. Initially, I thought surely I could stay within my budget of $150 per night, but once you get into the weeds things quickly start adding up. Despite the other charges the hotel tacked on, I still thought it was a pretty good deal, plus as an added bonus, I could take advantage of the free entertainment such as the wave pool, lazy river, and the Valley of the Falls.
