Hey guys. Today we're going to talk about a cool pattern related to Danganronpa 1 and Danganronpa 2. This pattern has to do with the killing order of both respective games.
Chapter 1: DR1: Guy kills a girl DR2: Guy kills a guy DRV3: Girl kills a guy Chapter 2: DR1: Guy kills a guy DR2: Girl kills a girl DRV3: Girl kills a guy Chapter 3: DR1: Girl kills 2 guys DR2: Girl kills 2 girls DRV3: Guy kills 2 girls Chapter 4: DR1: Girl kills a girl (suicide) DR2: Guy kills a guy DRV3: Guy kills a girl Chapter 5: DR1: Girl kills a girl DR2: Girl kills a guy DRV3: Guy kills a guy BASED ON THAT, THE POSSIBLE KILLING ORDER FOR DR4 IS: Ch1: Girl kills a girl Ch2: Guy kills a girl Ch3: Guy kills 2 guys Ch4: Girl kills a guy Ch5: Guy kills a girl
@@spouwnerring 5, assuming no one dies for any other reasons (such as pointlessly being made an example of, heroic martyring, or villainous refusal to survive) + that no one enters, leaves, or revives.
@@anotherrandomperson9174 ikr? It's the same as mine besides two chapters swapping (not like it matters if i say it or not since I doubt I could make it)
Chapter 1: The person the culprit intended to kill doesn't get killed, and someone else does (Sayaka tried to kill Leon, Teruteru tried to kill Nagito, and Kaede tried to kill the mastermind) Chapter 2's investigation usually accuses a single character and makes them the first suspect (THH Toko/Genocide Jack, SDR2 Hiyoko, NDV3 Himiko) Chapter 3 is always a double murder (self explanatory) Chapter 5 is usually a trick to end the killing game (Junko tried to get rid of Makoto/Kyoko even if they didn't kill anyone, Nagito wanted everyone to vote wrong so everyone besides the traitor would die, and Kokichi wanted the killing game to be invalid, by making it so monokuma and tsumugi wouldn't know who the killer actually was)
@@michrisgaming8480 also a seems to be a bit of a theme of self sacrifice. Sakura poisons herself to not be used by Monokuma, Both Nekomaru and Gundham fought each other so the rest of the students could be free, and Gonta was willing to become the Blacked to keep everyone from learning the horrible "Truth" of the outside world.
Chapter 4 always serves as the breaking point for the rival character. Byakuya realized that he needed to work with everyone, Nagito found out his classmates were Ultimate Despair, and Kokichi realized that Shuichi wasn't going to work with him/used Gonta as a pawn.
I noted that each case number from all three games never have the same gender combination across each other (meaning 1-1 had a boy kill a girl, 2-1 had a boy kill a boy, and V3-1 had a girl kill a boy; and so on for each game-case number to where the combination is never the same), but I never noticed this pattern. Kudos to ya!
For V3 4/5 of the killers have the opposite gender of thier victims Kaede and Tsumugi: Rantaro Kirumi: Ryoma Korekiyo: Angie and Tenko Gonta: Miu The only Exception is Kaito and Kokichi
*I could also arguably put K1B0 and Tsumugi, but that was more of an execution due to votes rather than a murder that needed solving so that they wouldn’t die
I notice that the games actually show the second Victim of the second chapter in D1 Chihiro is the first one you refute in the game and dies the next chapter. In D2 the first rebuttal showdown you have is with Mahiru gets killed the next chapter. In DV3 your first rebuttal is Ryoma and also gets killed the next chapter. I never saw anyone mention it.
Something I noticed a while ago is that in chapter 4 of each game, a buff character and an AI/Robot end up dying. THH has Sakura and Alter Ego (who is kind of an outlier since Alter Ego comes back later on), SDR2 has Nekomaru, who is both buff _and_ a robot, and V3 has Gonta and the virtual reality Gonta.
In the killing game I want to make the gender death order goes like this Chapter 1 Female victim 1 Female culprit 1 Chapter 2 Female victim 2 Male culprit 1 Chapter 3 Male victim 1 Male victim 2 Male culprit 2 Chapter 4 Male victim 3 Female culprit 2 Chapter 5 Female suicide 6 survivors: 3 females 3 males
That almost exactly my idea as well. Except only 4 survivors, one guy is the mastermind while another girl is executed in chapter 5 for either breaking the rules or that the killing game was hijacked by the students to avenge the death of the 2nd male victim of chapter 3.
@@DerpyHiro Well wasn’t chihiro the one to find out what 11037 meant? And chihiro did talk a lot on trial Also chapter 2 victims tend to die from blunt force trauma V3 did it a little different tho
@@staydetermined6717 No Kyoko figured it out first and then Makoto figured it out after Kyoko told everyone how to look at the hint. In the investigation they go to Chihiro in the hopes that he can figure out what the numbers mean (since he's a programmer) but he comes up with nothing. The only other character who somewhat figures something out about 11037 is Hifumi as during the investigation he points out that the double 1s look like an N
Eh it's ok it's a reversing pattern so it would only be good with 2 games anyways. If V3 followed it, it would have to copy one of the games patterns in full
If that's the case, then dr4 could go something like this: Chapter 1 & 2: female victims and male culprits Chapter 3: male victim and 2 female culprits (Yes, I'm pulling an SDRA2 here) Chapter 4: same as chapter 3, but only one female culprit Chapter 5: female victim and female culprit Chapter 6: Male mastermind Epilogue: 2 male and 2 female survivors.
