Another great watch guy’s I can’t believe how clean & organised your workshop always looks Paul it’s a credit to you 👍 as I used to say a clean site is a happy site. Also great to see that GGR are still going, I used to take mine there in the early 90s & Graham always took the time to talk to you while you were sitting in the waiting room.
Another great video love how Steve talked us through the torque figures on screen and commentary then Paul does his bit all way through.. you guys are so good together could listen to you guys all day long..love the banter and joking about really miss that not been in the motor trade anyone keep up the great work and fantastic content ❤
Friday wouldn’t be Friday without Paul and Steve video to watch. Superb as always, bloody shame the courier dropped the parcel and cost you time and hassle. Looking forward to see the RS2000
Superb video and fantastic work with superb attention to detail really nice 👍 Great watch 2 down to earth guys doing super work keep up the good work and look forward next video 😊
Thanks guys I will be checking my hoses first thing in the morning I love the fact you share this info to us fellow owners rather than keeping it all to yourselves, all the cars look really well looked after and great attention to detail, brilliant vid as always!
Check the flexi fuel hoses and the rubber fuel filler neck to the tank. I changed mine 2 years ago and have just found the rubbers have all gone again due to the E petrol. Hoses were rated for E fuel but have still degraded. Hopefully i'll have a pop through this week
I saw a guy who bought a Holden V8 Supercar, that had been raced as a Sports Sedan after it was no longer eligible for supercars. And it looked like the people had just cut up and a fishmouthed every little bit of extra pipe they could make fit to beef up the chassis. Half weren't even fully welded! I don;t know how much they were actually doing.. I'm always amazed at why the Eggenberger Sierras got disqualified from Bathurst in '89 , isn't it on them to have inspected the cars before they were allowed to race to ensure their compliance? If they were in spec on the starting line, then isn't that all that matters? Brockie sure didnt mind getting his 9th win though..
Why have you left the pulleys rusty on the rs500, i know there hidden behind the cam cover, but you've zinc and cleaned everything else up on engine bay,, is it a case of out of sight out of mind? Just wondering....
There not rusty , just dull , This wasn't a full restoration job , and we don't do things that arn't required , unless the customer has an unlimited budget and wants parts like this done , we have to balance between cost and justification.
