I agree! I am Burundian and when I watch Nigerian properties, you sometimes feel much money is spent but the outcome in terms of esthetics could be better. But remember, Kenya is much more cosmopolitan. The average property in Kenya is not that attractive, in comparison to countries like Rwanda, Burundi. The French speaking countries like Senegal and Cote d'Ivoire may be good in esthetics. It is a cultural thing. I live in England and I see bad finishing all the time, Anglophone West Africa maybe pick this from Britain.

Every new elected leader in Kenya once in power wants to enforce his new agendas, polices and new laws thus affecting existing investors. Thats why no one want to risk in unstable politics.

If you loved Garden city , ur going to love Two Rivers mall it's the 7th largest in Africa, it hosts the largest Ferris wheel in Africa, one can see Nairobi skyline from the top most. I got lost in the dawn mall but because of my ego and pride I refused to ask 4 directions , I found my way at 4pm 😟😂

The Kenyan economy is growing and developing very well. The roads and infrastructures developments are unmatched in East Africa. Naturally, the up-and-coming middle class will have certain demands as to where to live and how to splurge their resources. These people are normally environmentally conscious. So, property developers such as the one featured here are in the market at the right time. The windfall is going to be huge. $300,000 for a 4 bedrooms townhouse IS A STEAL . I live in New York City. A unit like this with all the amenities included will easily sell for over $3M.
