Don't ever drop Pujara from the test side please. He is a pure class batsman, everyone has bad times, he had too but the grit, the determination and the passion for test cricket that he has is truly appreciable. Also, its amazing how two friends (Pant and Gill) who had promised to each other the night before the final day at the Gabba that they have to win the test at any cost, kept their promises were the top scorers in that innings. It truly felt like a whole movie script. This series was probably on par with the Ashes 2005 considering the amount of hardships that the Indian team had to face. Greatest series of all time for me.

Dear sir, Just like every other little boy in india, I also wanted to be a cricketer when I grew up.(before the cruelty of reality set in). Still i fought to play cricket (with my parents) and bleed to play cricket( some on the field but mostly at my parents hand for wasting time ). I keenly remember 2003 world cup final. Despite knowing India lost the final early on, watching till the last wicket hoping that the tailenders will somehow perform a miracle and win us the cup. I cried all night for the loss and got fever. (Sheer stupidity and how I wish to be that stupid once again) . And in 2011 world cup, how i mad I got when Sri Lankans celebrated their 1st innings score like they have already won the cup and sheer joy I felt when dhoni hit that six. To celebrate the win, I snuck out of my home in the middle of the night despite preparing for my 12th standard board exams. And playing cricket in between the board exams, and teachers coming to the ground to chase us out. Those are some of the happiest moments of my life. I no longer watch cricket. The drudgery of life has defeated the magic of cricket. But Your videos somehow takes me back to my childhood . I cant thank you enough for that. So Thank you. Please keep doing what u are doing.

Thats my story too bro. And I believe you and I are of the same age since I too gave my 12th in 2011. I started watching cricket in 1999 and the memories are hazy now but I vividly remember the 2003 WC. That world cup inspired me to take up the bowl in my hand. I was a left arm medium pacer and pretty good at it but then life happened. The reality of life set in and cricket slowly faded away from my life. I still carry the pride of winning the School Cup from 36/5 to actually winning the finals. Man, I will carry that moment to my death bed. Dont worry bro! For people like you and me even though there is no chance in this life, maybe in the next life we will get to don that Indian Jersey. God Bless you ❤❤

I watched the whole test series, sitting jobless and depressed at home because of lockdown. I watched every single ball in the series. I got more depressed with 36-9 and then somehow I knew we'd win this series too after Rahane's century, that's the grittiest test century in modern test with swinging conditions. The whole series was 110%worth waking up at 5 in the morning and watching the match. This series helped me a lot.

“This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.” it is what I felt when Ashwin and Hanuma Vihari stood all day on the ground , eventually drawing the match, which could no less be a victory for them. The fourth test match which was held in The Gabba goes down in history as the best test victory of all time for India. The last episode - ‘License to Kill’ (which was the best) showed how a team of steel-willed young men took down the fortress of The Gabba, exemplifying the spirit of fighting back. After watching this series it assured me that no other form of cricket can replace the wisdom of Test Cricket.

As Harsha Bhogle would recall "it's for the ages"...I literally cry whenever I revisit the highlights of that series...it was not a game of cricket. It was perfect demonstration of life and its complexities. I don't think any sporting battle in the history of sports could even come close to what we have witnessed in that series. The up's and down's, the joy, sorrow, tension, stress it offered everything. I feel teachers of every discipline on any universities round the world should cite example of this series while teaching about life's up's and down's and how to win when life has cornered you on every front.. its hands on explanation of what sheer determination and will power could do....

Brother 1 question I'd like you to answer, people argue that India won BGT 2021 because it rotated and played about 20 players whereas Australia didn't face so many injuries and had the same players who got tired, while India had fresh legs and bodies coming in. Neeraj Pandey is a superb director, his narration style is just brilliant A Wednesday, Special 26, Baby, MS Dhoni Untold Story, Special OPS all of them (except Aiyaary) have some undeniable power of narration. Kudos to him. But personally when I was watching the test series in Jan 2021, from the 1st day of the 3rd test, I was saying Draw.. Draw.. Draw and the way Pant played almost felt like a fairytale and then Ashwin Vihari pulling that off roaring back just chills 🔥 Little did I know Pant had shown us the trailer to the big picture in the 3rd test. Memorable series.

Every moment since Kohli run out was chilling and momentous out of those many I really liked 3rd test stand between Ashwin and vihari, celebration of shardul for siraj 5-fier and just Sundar flicking bloody Pat Cummins on leg side to me that sealed the deal for that match because after gill and Rohit got out Indian innings was slow paced and only pant and rahane showed aggression but till Sundar came to crease match was perfectly balanced it could have gone either ways mostly favouring aussies as they need one main wicket of pant but man after that stroke from Sundar aussies faces looked like some force had taken their soul away from their body

The rise of Lord Siraj: Remember he lost his father in between the series once they landed down under. Instead of flying back home, he stayed back with the team. Some would lost their senses when they lost their loved ones, he held himself back and stayed strong, he hasn't had a dull performance for the the National side since then. He lead the pace attack with the experience of just 3 matches. Thats simply commendable.

The test: the new era of Australia ashes test. Was also a amazing and masterpiece documentary coverered, by amazon prime video. That was more of a intense, grasping, showed how they went to the ashes. Itt Wass masterpiece. But here the bandon me tha dum, little bit of intellectual insight but more of a emotional drama, here I know that Ganguly once said we Indian don't want show our insights, table talks, tacklings, batsmen mind insight, bowler secret moves and etcetera. But Ashwin is something, after retirement he should be on board, he know how to play mind games, intensive intellectual. They said he watched 500 hours of Smith baiting, that's how he got analysed Smith how he gonna moves..thats the level of preparedness. Pujji paajji, your mental strength, hands down. You just devasted bowlers, took ball on body, its something. Defence, defence and defence, the bowlers deteroiites and aussies says never mess with Indians. Ajinkya rahane the day he out virat kohli, he completely devasted by that. But next time jadeja make him run out and jaddu bowed down and said sorry, but here ajinkya rahane just said don't worry just play the games, be in the process, that's how captain balance, besides if virat would have done that the game would havee diff. But everyone has get their own way. But rahane, hats off to you, you took the trophy, that's the pride Moment and we must say the test was memorable. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

If there is mastermind of cricket who still plays, it has to be Ravi Ashwin. The way he understands the game, the situation and what's going on in opponents' mind is just too brilliant and his strategies are hardly wrong. He never revealed anything that may lead to his stategies or how Indian team plays and what's ge sctual planning, keeping in mind, this clip is to go publicly viral, that's constant vigilance.

The Webseries was so much better than the commentary from SG or Murali Karthik. Honestly the way Pujara undeterred facing the barrage of Aussie fast bowling, Rahane’s super focused batting, Hanuma and Ashwin going thru the injuries and still staying and defending till the end and then Lord Thakur, Washy and Pant with the counter punches at the Gabba . This Webseries was really exemplary with amazing direction from Neeraj Pandey and narration from Jimmy Shergill . Simply top class👌🏼

Tim Paine's frustration is visible everytime he pin points the restaurant incident of Indian players. The way each and every shred of Australian soil was knitting the mind games including media and government, exactly tells us what transpired the indian team.

appreciate the fact that you point to the failure in Virat's captaincy and highlight how the small gestures make a better leader. I have never been a believer in the Virat MC BC brand of cricket. Indian cricketers were always the dignified ones. We can win without necessarily speaking like Punjabi rap stars. Ajinkya embodied the Indian spirit and him leading definitely got the best out of the team. Whatever the Kohli fanboys might say. This is my assessment and truth for me.

It was a great documentary. I was expecting a documentary to be made on this series just because of the twists and tales it had which makes it one of the greatest Series in recent times. The only series that comes close or win the battle of the best series in recent times is THE ASHES 2019.
