It's another Mazda in the family. Let's not make that a thing but I gotta say... zoom zoom. They are fun to drive.
So, my sons 2004 S500 Mercedes drowned during the last hurricane. We tried to rescue it but it wasn't worth the money it would have take to fix everything just to get it road worthy. We had our time with it and it was a great car. So we shopped around for new cars. My son almost ended up with an Orange Dodge Challenger with the 5.7l V8 and a manual transmission, but with car prices gone out of control and top that off with crazy interest rates especially for a first time new car buyer.... $33k car would have cost him almost $800 a month.
So a solution needed to be found to bridge the next few years of college. My sister in law had a 2008 Mazda 3i sport with 136000 miles, the base package, barely. It was sitting in the yard for about 2 years, abandoned. All we needed was a new battery from Walmart and it fired right up. For $1000 it sure fit the bill. We got it home, cleaned it up, cleaned it up, and cleaned it up some more, and all we had to do get a few safety features addressed. The suspension, the head lights and the window tint. And let me tell you, once the tint ripped, it stank up the whole car. So we got to work. One Sunday afternoon and here are the results.

* Now hear me out. This is what we use at my job. This is really good stuff but it's expensive. However, really anything that keeps the glass lubricated works. Get a bottle with some water and some dish soap. That's all you need. Windex is only a few bucks.
