Hi everyone! A very different video today, but I hope it can help someone. I will be posting more videos in the musical theatre glow-up series soon, but I wanted to share this one today. I talk about how I got an eating disorder diagnosis, where I am at with it today, some of the negative impacts my eating disorder has had on my life, why it is SO worth getting help, and how dance has been helpful in my recovery.
