I don’t know why, I tried unsuccessfully to respond to your comment at Dee Mwango’s channel. Here also I am unable to tap and respond to your comment. What I wanted to let you know is that Indian men GANG RAPED their women even in public places like buses!!! I will not recommend a woman to travel there alone.

I love this. I used to live this life long time ago. It was very peaceful. Those people, they have very little and they are happy. They keep themselves busy and happy. No anxiety, minimal depression. They adapted to the environment and less allergy. Minimal food problems because the foods are organic. Less stress. This is living with nature .

Having grown up in Lake Village, rural 🇺🇸, this reminds me of my childhood: fetching water, bucket baths, sweeping the dirt, growing garden, hunting local animals and fishing, washing clothes in bucket and hanging on the line to dry. Only difference was our home was made of wood with tin roof and tarred pebbles for siding, we used propane to cook with unless we cooked outdoors. My great grandmother even had outhouse which scared me so I went in a bucket she kept under her bed. No air conditioning. Good ole days. 😊 I loved this video!

Now borehole is everywhere but there was none during my childhood days in the village; we had streams and rivers to go fetch water and swim. I have been and lived in world capitals but nothing beats village life. Nothing. Big ups EJ for hosting...no, bringing African Tigress home. Hol-am tight. No fall our hand oo. @Afrika Bilie. Well said. Some people think glittering big mansions define villages today, telling African Tigress to go and see the mansions in those villages. @@gardensteps Yeah, you're right. My idea and experience of a village is something very much same as this place; small houses in different forms, from mud-thatched houses to brick-zinc houses and any form in-between. My village has network but no electricity in some places because of the terrain , so we use solar . It's part of the mau forest in Kenya , the place is so green and fresh, you're surrounded by tea plantations and trees. We live on top of a hill. The soil is Brick red and the village is called "place of rocks" because of the many rocks and they glitter. The only noise you'll hear is of trucks coming for the picked tea leaves. I once took a picture of it and I was shocked when someone said the place is beautiful, I never thought so at first because I was so used to seeing it but never valuing it, also it was my first time there in like 7 yrs. people might think it's unhealthy but you'll find people drinking water straight from Wells and rivers, it's totally safe probably unsafe for non Africans. When I went back to my village with my mother, by the time I was coming back, I felt like my mind was clear, it was a good example of "change of scenery" as an advice from therapists etc. Another thing is, people never realise the value of something until it's gone. My village is not gone though, but there are alot of changes, I remember seeing low quality houses, the ones that are advised against by the government, people are building modern houses only 1 Hut is standing, the one big river 7 yrs ago is turning into a stream, a waterfall has already dried up, the government is trying to direct the remaining part of the river to a dam that will benefit city dwellers but I hope they lose

I loved this. I’ve wanted to do this so bad, carry water on my head for the locals and all sorts. My aunt said I should follow her to her village, I took too long to arrange it and sadly she recently passed away. One day one day somebody’s village will see me ✨

Heyy, I want to thank you for making this video. I'm not Nigerian but I'm half European half African, and when I watch this, it makes me very happy and nostalgic. I haven't been to Africa in years and this strangely makes me feel at home. Hope you reach your subscriber goal!!

I watched this video twice. Am from Nigerian and I was born in the city. I visited the village for the first time after my high school. I love village life. I reside in New York, after my retirement, I will love to partially reside in the village. I love this video from the beginning to the end.

This is so refreshing to watch instead of watch these rich RU-vidrs. who have it all and brag about everything they have like their expensive cars, clothes. This is a life in a whole other view and country that is. so different than what we see in America.
