I think in series 2 they really fleshed out Owen's character.

One of the best episode of Torchwood (haven't seen the third season yet) I wasn't that much fan of Owen before, but this episode made me love him.

Oh gosh! This was def. my fav. episode of TW this season. This opening always gives me chills. Glad to see that they're developing Owen more.

You could forget that this is the same universe as Doctor Who sometimes

I still haven't finished the episode because I love the beginning too much.
