Is the "pre-round" similar to the "preliminary examination"?

In what context are you referring to when you say prelim eval? In terms of literal interpretation, yes it’s pretty much a prelim eval where we gather data and make our own plan. Then we discuss it with our colleagues/ attending during attending rounds. Then we change the plan as needed after our discussion 😁

Great video brother! I'm finding it very difficult to workout being on the midnight shift. Cause afterwards I'm so tired and use to getting things done first thing in the morning. I have switch back soon. And yes it is a little bit early. Wait til the week of Thanksgiving guys 😉 Have a bless one my guy 😊

Great question! I know what cardio version is why NPO... I know why to give a little sedation... but I don’t know is why you need anticoagulation after it? Permanently or just short term? Thanks for explaining :)

Can’t comment on their requirements for training but at the end of the day, the fellow sees the patient afterwards, and then the attending
