Becoming smarter can make you a better athlete, and reading certain books can do that for you. It's not as simple as reading for 40 minutes (or 10, or 20, or 30 etc.) per day, but also what you're reading, and how you're reading - Simon, Team DeepGame

@@Pyqsfgkx.kejnrndThere aren't many athlete specific books I can recommend nowadays, but there's a few decent ones out there. I've heard good things about The Inner Game Of Tennis, and Sacred Hoops by Phil Jackson is decent if you approach it with an active mind - Simon, Team DeepGame
