Wishing Fallon all the best for the future. What she's been through sounds awful & I'm so pleased that this beautiful young woman has, with your help, freed herself (& her sons) from that horrible level of depression. I myself am 59 now, have no family of my own & live alone. I've had many periods of low level, grumbling depression since my teens for which I've never received treatment, except for some fruitless private counselling 17 years ago (I was never suicidal or a danger to myself or others). But it has been a big factor in the way my life has somehow steadily shrunk inwards. I don't know what Fallon has suffered, but I sincerely sympathise. And thankyou Dr Janelle for your very interesting, supportive videos.

I think gut have many common things with depression,last time i had terrible depression my doctor find that i was running low on lgs or lgm,something that i have not address back then.I am thinking to get another test of my lgs or lgm and take a course of vaccine to fix it.

Hi Janelle. I'm just wondering if you know of any natural herbs that can be taken with citalopram? I've been on citalopram for 5 months and want to add a natural herb like ashawaganda. I understand that 5htp can't be taken with citalopram so I won't be doing that. Any info would be great

I know you care about your patients, this is why I am recommending that you make the modules in your course available for $25 each or $120 for the whole lot. Not everyone can afford $697 US dollars, especially when they are unemployed because they are in a major depression yet don't understand the underlying reasons for why they are in such a state. You would actually make more money this way as well as help more people - which is the reason you got into this field in the first place Please think about this

@@DrJanelleSinclair What is the profession of your advisors? I'm guessing they are advising you to maximize profits instead of helping people - which is likely why you got into this profession in the first place. Money doesn't make people happy, it doesn't give people fulfilment. Helping others is one of the few things that give people fulfilment & happiness

I'm pretty sure I phoned and left a message but never got a reply. So I do I contact you then? I've had to go the ssri route aswell to get me out but I would like the natural way eventually and your help could be great. I live in Wanaka unfortunately but could be willing to travel for the right tests and doc. Thanks
