I have a very vivid memory of seven-ish year old me sitting with my family, drinking tea with something sweet, then a tiny bit of lemon juice I was trying to squeeze in my cup (I didn't want a peace of warm lemon just floating in my drink, but did just heard a lecture from one of my older relatives about how good lemons are for your health). And then... A rogue drop of lemon juice gets right into my eye. It was very painful and I cried for like fifteen minutes, it didn't sting for a long time, but my eye still felt irritated and also I was very upset, because I didn't expect that to happen at all. Everyone at the table were uneasy and the atmosphere was totally ruined. I still hate lemons...
