A Different Simple Potato Recipe(Potato Rosti)

I used to add cheese (and sometimes very kidogo carrots but I'd never admit this in the presence of my Swiss or German friends) whenever I prepared it. It definitely tasted really good!!! It's been a long minute, I should prepare this very easy dinner meal.

Potatoes can actually be eaten raw. At least I have seen a German eat raw potatoes 😩.
