Hi Chef Raphael, thank you for this recipe. Kindly asking for proportions of ingredients incase am not using self raising flour or even the flour you have used above. Do I need to add baking powder / soda / yeast? If so what measurements also what measurements for flour. Am not within East Africa to get the flour u used above.
I thought it was just me i'm an adult and the eggs just smell nasty nowadays..could it be what they feed the chicken that makes eggs smelly. Way back they were never like that especially in the village.
