Thank you for the tour. Would love for you to visit 55 + active adult communities in the Ocean View area. Looks nice and peaceful although like you said drastically different in the summer I'm sure

There is currently only 1 55+ community in Ocean View - Cedar Bay - it’s only condos. Can get you more info if that interests you

You can walk underneath Indian River Bridge when you Park at the South side State Park. Great view of tide coming in or out.

I remember doing just that back in the late 70's. And heading out that inlet in a small boat to fish was some of the scariest experiences ever!!

I used to vacation there in the 70's and 80's. Man it has changed quite a bit yet some is still so familiar. Glad to see the Totem is still there!

This isn’t a hot spot for a lot of things to do is it? For a summer vacation. Like something more alive?

The whole coast has more in the summer than the winter, but depends on what you’re looking for. Rehoboth & Dewey have more nightlife than others
