Hi Violet, you said I think video that PHQ9 is for patients in the community setting and they do not have a wrist ban. Am currently training for the NCLEX and we are asked to check for wrist ban for assessment of a PHQ9

Thanks for this video sis.. My question: Did you use the NEWS chart because of the TOC while the old Osce test takers would use the ordinary vital signs chart?
During the assessment in new OSCE, will we really assess from A-E? Or are we just going to take the basic set of obs like the NEWS2 and GCS? Or if with depression, NEWS2 and PHQ-9?
