For myself, I will be traveling nearly 1,000 miles to attend this event. It's much cheaper than flying to Norway. You should consider reacting to Angelina together with your daughter. I love your reactions to Angelina!!! There is one thing about her that in my many years of experience I have only known of a small hand full of the very best vocal artists to have! She is best when on stage in front of a live audience!!! Because of your reaction to her and this song I would strongly suggest that you at least watch her live performance of this song last summer in concert (July 10 concert in Norway). The whole performance was masterclass, but the last belt that she did was thru the stratosphere! More than a year latter I still shake my head in disbelief every time I hear her in that performance! And she makes this 81 year old man tear up every time I hear her doing this song and especially so with that performance!

Her grandfather was very dear to her, one of her best friends. She has lost some close friends in her life but this song was about him. And it's an emotional challenge and deeply reverent tribute to him. She has done a number of tributes to influential people along her journey. No one tells a story or delivers and elicits emotions better than AJ. Her voice has the ability to draw our tears with a catch in our throat. She's a once in a generation musical genius. Sir, when Angelina was a little girl, her japanese grandfather took her with him into Oslo. There he helped the homeless community with food and sometimes a job. The streets of Oslo saw her growing up. When he knew he was dying, her told her: Stay true to yourself and you will never regret what you do. I´ll be on the moon, see everything you do, you will never be alone. Today Angelina honors her grandfather by helping discreetly the homeless community in LA. We know about it only by chance. Wrote this aged 14, god help us in ten years. Written after death of her grandfather she's been writing since age 7. It's a cello, not violin. She's going on big tour before too long, she's in Portsmouth New Hampshire 22 Sept!!
She wrote this at 14 her grandad died. In this video she might be turned 15. She is 17 now and she continues to improve. I cannot see a reaction to her new EP. I love her new song from that NOW I AM A FOOL. I will be listening to it still in 20 years. Sultry, soulful jazzy, great lyrics with a catchy beat.

She’s 14 here, but she sang this again at one of her Norwegian concerts last summer, and if you got emotional this time, you definitely need to hear and see it again from the concert. She is now 17-1/2 and has just come out with an EP of original songs. She arranges all her own songs.

Thanks for another great reaction to & appreciation of another great, heartfelt performance by Angelina. At age 14, this was Angelina's 1st new release with Republic Records. (She had signed with Republic after gaining exposure in the US on AGT.) This was written by Angelina as a tribute to her late grandfather. Having lost my wife a few years back, I listen to this song every day. And while it always brings me to tears, afterwards I feel an immense sense of comfort & peace. I strongly believe that Angelina has been blessed with the innate GOD given gifts of not only a beautiful voice, but also the ability to emote the essence of each song she sings directly to or hearts & souls allowing us to also deeply FEEL her music as it flows through her. Angelina is 14 in this, so it's from over 3 years ago. To get up to date with Angelina you need to hear her new EP album with 6 new original songs. That brings her recorded originals she has written or co-written to 12, with several other originals that someone wrote for her. But in a live stream a couple of days ago she was asked by a fan how many songs she has written & her answer was over 100, so we have a lot more to hear from her now that she has finished school & is embarking on her full-time career. She & her family moved from Oslo, Norway to LA for her career when she was 12. So you may be in luck soon for a Southern California concert in the near future. I'm hoping for a NY City concert by her, as it's only a 3-hour drive.
Her EP is NUCLEAR. The world isnt going to know what to do. Her music is beyond next level. Angelina wrote this after her grandfather passed. She dedicates this to anyone who has lost someone. She has had many people tell her how this song has helped them.

She is a true storyteller, and it seems like the tracks on her EP go in order to tell a story of falling dusting yourself off and learning to stand strong in your own. Great sorrow. Such poetic prose from Angelina was recorded at 14. She wrote this tribute to her Paternal Grandfather (Swedish), who passed away March 4, 2018, she was 12. Absolutely phenomenal performance from our barefoot Viking, Angelina wrote Million Miles in memory and tribute to her Grandfather who passed away and also eventually dedicated the song to anyone who has lost a loved one, which was relevant during the Pandemic, there are 4 versions a Studio version, a musical video version featuring Angelina’s sister Juliette and Angelina’s Uncle who is also her manager and the video was shot by Angelina’s Grandmother,a artistic version where Angelina’s Grandmother did the painting she is a famous Iranian artist and Poet, a live version in Angelina’s home country in Norway 🇳🇴 and I was fortunate enough to attend Angelina’s live concert in the summer of 2022 her stage presence was stunning her live vocals phenomenal, great reaction thanks 🙏

About 5 years ago (when she was 12), her family moved from Oslo to LA so she could further her music career (and LA is the center of the world of recorded music). She signed with Republic Records at 14 (three years ago), and just release her first EP ("Old Enough") from her label. I look forward to hearing more!

This is an emotional one for her due to the fact that she wrote this after the passing of her grandfather who she was really closed to. When she sang this song at her summer concerts in Norway last summer, she slowed it down even a bit more and it actually made it even more emotional and got the crowd in tears. She also said that this song is for those who have lost ones. She did one hell of a job with this. On a side note, you might run in to certain "fans" that come off pretty negative and for that I would like to apologize. Like all stars whose fanbases begin to get larger and larger, you get those who come off a bit extreme to a reactor It feels kind of embarrassing when you see stuff like that. Btw, the belts that overwhelmed u a little were absolutely epic at her concerts in Norway last year. She is the real deal and better live than the studio. I think you might be better off doing a little research since your reaction is uninformed on the fundamental facts (1) that she wrote this song herself and (2) that it is her venting of her emotions over the loss of her grandfather.
